After the end of the last chapter I expected that they would lose the baby, but it was still very sad and painful to read. Can't blame Bella for wanting to get away from everything; the pain will go with her, however. And Edward's in triple pain with having lost Bella, having lost the baby and feeling guilt for the accident and its consequences. Hopefully, they'll both find the help they might need to overcome the loss of their child. I really wonder about how it's going to continue in 'present day'.

Bella feels a litle guilty too- see her dream. It is very true that you can't run away from pain- it will follow her. Check your messages I sent you a letter.

Losing the baby can be hard on the mother especially one so young.  Also her own guilt by telling Edward she didn't want the baby or being a mother.  So guilt in the fact that now she wouldn't be either.  Edward's guilt is due to the accident where he lost the baby and now it appears has lost Bella.  Yes he was fighting with Bella in the car about Mike.  It was just an accident, it was a mistake, an error in judgement.  Edward was focused on Bella and their argument not on driving.  It wasn't intentional accidents just happen.  They occur yes this one had serious consequences they lost their unborn child.  But it appears Bella forgot about her love for Edward.  Yes she loved the baby, but she got pregnant by her love of Edward.  Edward was acting like a jerk yes, he was jealous and was having a hissy fit about it.  Bella's grief needs to be dealt with by a professional.  Bella once she found out the baby was gone had no interest in how Edward was or what his injuries were.  While Edward with all his injuries, his first thought was of Bella and being there for her.  Despite his own pain, she was his priority.  He is suffering pain from the loss of the baby himself.  He is blaming himself for killing her.  It was his anger and jealousy that caused the argument there by lack of attention with his driving which caused the  accident.  Bella was upset and both voices were raised.  It could have happened to anyone.  It was an accident.  My feelings go out to both of them.  They are both experiencing grief for the loss of their unborn child.  Physical pain due to injuries.  Edward's guilt over the whole accident and killing their child.  Bella is bottling all her feelilngs into hate for Edward because of her grief over the baby.  But Bella is shutting down into herself.  My feelings Edward has the most pain in this situation.  He has lost them both Bella and the baby.  Bella hates him won't talk to him.  He was driving that night.  He was jealous and started the argument and lost attention to driving.  He is holding all the blame and guilt.  Losing everything in his life that held meaning for him.  He's trying to figure out what to do to resolve his pain, Bella's pain, and both deal with the loss of their unborn child.  He is being shot down on every front.  But my heart is breaking more for Edward this time than Bella.  He's trying, he's in pain.

Your reviews are so fun to read. I like hearing what you think and etting a little summary in your words. Thanks for the thought you put into it! I wrote this chapter more in Edward's POV because I could really feel his pain more. I don't know why, but his guilt and sorrow just would not let me go. I s still following me around. Which is why I wrote the letter I just sent you. My next chapter will deal more with Bella. But we will be jumping a head a bit. You are right on about her not recogzizing his pain and Edward will be bringing this up in the future.

That was so sad, I still can't believe she lost the baby.  And now they have lost each other.  Hopefully as they get older they can grow and forgive each other.  Edward has alot of growing up to do!

My heart breaks for them both. Having suffered a miscarriage myself, I can say it is emotionally a very painful experience, no matter the circumstances surrounding it. This was very well written!

Oh freaking hell.  That was holy hell painful.  You've written it in such a way that my heart just breaks for both of them.  Even knowing it was coming, it was still heart wrenching. 

But I'm looking at it this way - the heartfail has begun, which means the healing can't be too far behind....right? RIGHT???? :) 

Excellent chapter - really felt their pain.  Can't wait for the next one.

I feel for Bella so badly!  Just when she accepted the child this happens.  That's life though right?  You never know when the worst might happen.
