So I was going to predict that Edward thought Bella dead because Alice couldn't see her and Edward ran to the voltori to die and find Bella. But now that bella's a vamp can Alice see her clearly? And is Aro going to put reneesme's name together? It seems obvious unless Aro doesn't know about Esme
Author's Response: Aro can't see past his own assumption about who Nessie's father is... it has made him blind to any other possiblity.

Wow that was so unexpected and I love it!
Author's Response: This story swam in my head for months before I put it down on paper (well figuartively anyway). Unexpected was the point. I had gotten to the place reading fanfic where things had become a bit too predicitable. I wanted something that no one would expect.

Author's Response: She honestly wasn't sure she could trust them. Suddenly everythign in her world that she thought she could depend on has become unreliable. she is going to be overly cautious when it comes to vampires at this point.

Well I can't say I didn't know it was coming! ;) I'm curious about their excuse for leaving like they did and the cover up story. I like that your voice is still in this chapter even though it still follows the book fairly close.
Author's Response: I wanted this scene to be similar but you also needed to know that you weren't just reading New Moon- again. Realize that Bella won't have all the answers. She doesn't get to know certain things. I would suggest going to read Cause and Effect as well, which is the same story told from Edward's point of view.

Nice surprise, i though this was going to be the epilogue or a finishing chapter, but you just introduced a new twist, so I figure there's going to be at least another 5 chapters to this story =-)
I love that you didnt let it go soupy all the way - I just skimmed the chapter previous to this one and didnt even read it- and that you created an obstacle for your Bella to prove how much she grew and the person she became while they were gone, cause the whole 'I was a mess,lost without you, I forgive u thanks God we're back together and codependency issues all over again' was really old.

Author's Response: I get sick of reading that stuff too honestly... but I'm also a sucker for fluff... IF it's well done.
I honestly planned to have the last chapter feel like we were winding down. I have had this planned since I first wrote the outline for this story. I hated how predictable some of the fanfic out there can get. So I decided not to be completely predictable. I'm actually considering rewriting the next three or four chapters though because I think they need some tweaking (it's been three years since I said 'it is finished' on this one).
I also hate to leave loose ends if I don't plan on doing a sequel (which I don't btw) and so there is one important thing I still need to take care of... you'll see what it is soon enough ;)

Yes yes it did... believe it or not.. this was the plan all along...
You may have to wait a little long because I honestly think it needs an edit... it's been three years since I orginally finished this and I think I'm a much better writer now (although my reviews on my new story are making me think twice). We'll see what I decide.
Cause and Effect gets the next update and then I'll give you the next chapter :)

I'm putting up a chapter of Cause and Effect because I want to share that with you guys... but my beta is lightening fast on that one... as soon as it updates... I'll give you the next chapter... probably... I'm thinking about toying with it a bit honestly... just to beef it up. I wrote this three years ago now... so I've improved as a writer since then (I hope) and feel like this could use a bit of work... it will depend on my week though...

Great chapter. Who took Nessie? Usually, in these situation, you think of the Volturi but the Volturi aren't bad... Oh my God is it Victoria? I don't remember if she's dead or not :/ Ten years is a long time to wait for revenge... Can't wait to read more.
