Ewwwww, I cannot believe Jake had to imprint on her! I feel bad for Jake, haha.
I am liking your story so far. I normally don't read any story that takes place during or after Breaking Dawn because I hated the book.
Will this be following much of the book?

Author's Response: Thanks, I'm glad you like the story!! Breaking Dawn was probably my least favorite book of the series (I still thought it was great, but some of the events and characters were a bit out there). Black Horizon follows a completely different story after they arrive on Isle Esme, so hopefully you will enjoy it more than you did BD!

Jessica Stanley? Yuck yuck yuck! Im not really a big fan of Jacob but he definitely deserves way better than that! I always thought bella's friend Angela from school would be a good imprint for him.
Author's Response: Haha yeah, Jessica Stanley! I'm not a big fan of Jacob either (although I think Taylor does an excellent job of making you feel for Jake). I actually read a story where Jake imprints on Angela, and it turned out really well for them! But those characters (both Jacob and Angela) have different destinies in my story.
