To quote Gossip Girl, "OMFG." I really love this story, but I didn't understand Bella at all until this chapter. She started off as such a ball buster and then got all weird and weepy about the sex with Edward & I couldn't figure out how someone could seem so hard and experienced and only have been with one guy before. I'm still not 100% sure I buy her character, but the story of her awful relationship with Phil makes her make a lot more sense to me. And the sex you two write is freakin' awesome. I've "forced" myself on my husband at least half a dozen time in the last 48 hours in response to your story. He's loving it, but he's having a bit of a hard time keeping up - we're 37 years old for fucks sake! We're not supposed to be screwing like teenagers the weekend that the parents are away. So thanks! And thanks for all the laughs - I have guffawed out loud a few times and had to make up excuses for my 7 year old daughter, since I'm certainly not going to tell her what really has me smirking.

AWWW! Edward's not so much of a douche anymore! he's just a nice guy with a f-ed up train of thought! I like it. Very much. Loved the line about his heart... but he must understand that bella's heart would rather spend time with him than bella.... bella just hasn't realized it yet. LOL. XD!

The last part didn't really match the first. I thought Bella was outside? Yet Edward goes inside to find her, and right after charlie leaves, while in bella's pov she looks for him for a while as soon as charlie's gone. So I'm confuzled.
