Just think about it, Breezy, any moment this story could update. I submitted it early Sunday afternoon and it takes any where from six hours to two weeks to post. Usually, Live720 takes two to three days to validate unless she's really snowed under. Just a little more patience, angel. :)

Don't you hate it when you hit the wrong button and you don't know what the hell you just sent out?

I used to be anti-Jacob. Well, just in the sense that I wanted Edward and Bella to be together but I always liked Jacob's character as a friend. Jacob has definitely grown on me and I'm looking forward to hopefully seeing things heat up between Bella and Jacob again soon. :-) I really like this story.

Anti-Jacob! *GASP* I don't think you qualify as an anti-Jacob girl, Jo. I was talking about the people that want his head on a stick and then plan to make a dart board out of it. We actually have several Team Edward gals that check into the dark, hot side with this story and not a one of them has keeled over and croaked as far as I know. I wanted Edward and Bella to be together, too, until he went all control freak on her in Eclipse. But I still think he's a great guy. I'm thrilled to have you along, Jo!

dear god in heaven, i dont' think i can wait.  i have literally sat here for hours reading.  i keep getting timed out to leave a comment.  your writing style flows, i love every word.  the back and forth between pack members and Jake and Bella. perfect.  her running her hands through his fur, loving on him when he's wolf..i loved the reason for that.  it would be amazing to have someone such as he, both human and wolf by ones side.  please..don't take too long for the next update. im already aching. and ive only just finished the last one.

Hey B! I really found the wolf/Bella interaction to be the sweetest and most innocently sensual relationship in the entire original series. I loved it. Then I read diamondheart's take on a wolf ride in "Moonshadow" and I was totally blown away. I had to dip my hand into writing a fanfic, which just shocked the hell out of me. I still can't believe I actually did it, but it has been soooo much fun. Thanks so much for taking the time to review so many of my chapters. You made my day!

(wipes hand across brow) ok, ok.  no need for me to panic.  there IS more to this story.  sweeeeeeeeeeeet! and...this was brilliant.  loved the descriptions of emotion, the line about him being a pile of cooked noodles. perfect.

Breezy, I am so glad you enjoyed the pile of cooked noodles line. Do you know my beta and I got into a two hour fight over those four words? The original line was 'sack of guts' which I thought was very descriptive (you know, very Hannibal Lecter like) and she hated. She suggested 'sack of potatoes' which I really didn't like. Freaking potatoes?! She came up with 'pile of pudding'. I was horrified. So I said sack of jello. She wanted to know who walked around with a sack of jello. I told her the same people that walked around with a sack of guts and a pile of pudding, also elementary school cafeteria workers and managers of jello wrestling clubs. We finally settled on a pile of cooked noodles, but it was an ugly journey. ;)

 

Butt crust.

Where do you get this stuff? You had several that I had heard, but butt crust is new to me. You've GOT to have brothers.

And I don't think I said so before, but thanks for adding the info for alcohol poisoning. Long, long past those days for myself, but considering the content, it was just responsible and smart to add. See how cool you are? ; )

I have two sisters. But I have a husband and son that are both Jake clones; that is why it is so easy for me to write in Jakeese. Frequently, when they're talking to each other, I have no IDEA what the heck they are even saying, much less talking about. It's like they are speaking in their own obscure dialect (possibly Ubykh;) that is unknown to women.

About the alcohol poisoning thing, sometimes I can't seem to prevent my inner mother from sneaking out and starting a lecture. She can be amazingly annoying! ;)

Okay, Lee, so I'm reading this one...again. In fact I think I've gone back to this one a few times, reread this chapter or that chapter, because it's so good for so many reasons! And since you've mentioned it, I'll make sure to start leaving reviews AND ratings. I sometimes forget that ratings button. Is is okay to leave multiple reviews on one chapter or story? I might have to think about that one. I do have to go back and leave reviews for other stories I've read and loved, but didn't leave reviews for (I know...BAD reader, but I was new....is that a valid excuse?). 8 )

And I don't know if I can do this or not, but since I know you won't shamelessly pimp yourself out, I will. Awww, Jenn, have I ever told you how much I love you? You are an absolute dream of a reader and you are going to make authors all over the internet dance about their computers in joy and delight! Thanks you for reviewing AND rating! Don't feel bad if you didn't write reviews in the past. Everyone feels uncomfortable and intimidated at first. It took me an eon to figure out the little rating dealywop.

You may leave as many reviews for a chapter as you wish. Every time an author gets a review, their heart rate increases and they get a warm fuzzy feeling in their stomachs. You think I'm joking, huh? We ADORE them; we crave them like crack cocaine addicts crave a hit; it thrills us to know that you enjoyed our work, and we become monumentally depressed if we don't receive many. We spend an appalling amount of time working on our fanfic, and the payback is hearing from you. I really don't want to know how many hours I've spent writing HTSAW. It's too frightening to think about. I only know I could probably speak fluent Ubykh by now had I devoted this much time learning an obscure foreign language.

A Team Edward girl, huh? Well, welcome to the hot, dark side, love! Don't worry; we love our Team Edward girls! I probably feel about Edward the way you usually feel about Jacob. I love Edward, but Jake just makes my heart go pitter pat! And the more fanfiction I read (the greatest invention of all time) the more enamored I become of Jake/Bella stories.

I actually started reading fanfiction in order to fill in some of the gaping holes in Breaking Dawn. (I'm sure you know of which I speak!) I never thought of reading a Jake/Bella story, but once I did, I became a serious addict. I also had NO idea I'd ever write a fanfic, but I've had a ball doing it. Of all of the characters, Jacob is by far the easiest for me to write while Bella can be a real chore. All of her angst, indecision and weakness drive me batty! I'm trying to strengthen and mature her a little. She needed a serious dose of Leah, I think. ;)

That was one of the best first chapters of a story I've ever read! Extremely funny and very well written!

To answer your questions - I've definitely made an idiot of myself in front of a guy I was crazy about! Really embarrassing at the time! And I've suddenly realized that I was in love with my best friend. Quite a shock! We've now been together for 13 years! Some RL-stories have happy endings too!

Yes, ma'am. I want to post as badly as you want it posted, but I can't submit it until I get it back from the betas. :( I'm thinking after the weekend I might can wrest it away from them. (One of them has a potentially hot date this weekend and we must step aside for that!) Meanwhile, I'm going to finish rewriting Chapter 9 and start in on Chapter 10 - one I've been looking forward to for a while. ;)
