i think this is fabulous :D i love it lots seriously :D the whole plot is great bella and edward meeting up like this is great and i feel bad because i figure that its just like bella said set up with a chance to make it but it seems jake definitely had plans for bells cant wait for more from now on i will start reviewing each chapter haha :D great story so far

I'll see about getting an update or two for you soon. It's nearly the end of term, but you know what the last ten days are always like: intense. So we'll see. But this high from being an Indie finalist (albeit not for this story) has got me desperate to write, so it might be faster.
In the original outline, there was a lot more to come with Jake yet, but that outline has been scrapped and not entirely reformed, so we'll see. But he has a crucial purpose; I did mention this was based on a true story, right..?

I loved the day in London and the kiss. :) I also loved the bit where he said he could love her. So sweet.
I hope Bella will let Edward talk to her soon though.

Author's Response: I don't know about everyone else - although I really do want to know - but I hadn't seen that in a human Edward yet, and it's just such an integral part of his character in canon. It seemed like an interesting thing to do in this story, especially in this scenario with this Bella. And as for what's going to happen back home... I've been looking forward to these chapters for quite a while. XD

Great story :) - I just found it over at FF.net yesterday and finished chapter 6 this morning :).
Loving the England references (I'm from England too) - so funny that the supermarket they went to was Tesco - when he was at uni, my brother and his friends once went to a 24-hour Tesco dressed as surfers in swimming shorts and wetsuits... and they 'surfed' on the ironing boards :P
Looking forward to reading more :).
Author's Response: FFn is just so much easier to use than this, isn't it? Well... maybe that's because I've been using that site for nearly seven years, but I think it is... So I forget T'ed sometimes. Whoops.
Yes! England! *high five* - I'm a Sainsburys gal, but I'm not convinced they open 24 hours; their night shift is pretty spectacular though. They're like... magic. Anyway... that's cool. Surfing ironing boards would be fun. I'm more likely to be lifted into a trolley and wheeled around at very high speeds.

love it- keep sending in chapters!!! I lived in England, will they be going to Cambridge? Tesco is one of the big chain supermarkets and they have to eat fish and chips. Punting is a nice romantic thing for them to do...
Author's Response: I'm British myself. This is me (finally) taking my beta's advice and "writing what I know".
No Cambridge, unfortunately, because I'm an Oxford girl myself. Tesco's the store they're in at the end of the chapter, and you just know there will be fish and chips eventually. And strawberries and cream as it happens.
Chapter 6 is over on FFn and I'll send it for validation on here around Thursday - that way this and FFn should be in line by next weekend.
