Loved the title for this story!  So many fanfics try for a title that will fall in with SM's, but this one was so perfectly suited to this story.  Actually, I kept thinking that if you removed the attributes that linked this to the Twilight books (ie: changed names, location, gifts, etc.) that it would work well as original fiction...and shoud still keep the same title! :)

Overall I thoroughly enjoyed reading this.  I admit there were parts that didn't make sense to me (never did get what Edward's miracles were about - I had thought at first that you were going with Edward believing Lazarus was the first vampire, what with the red eyes and his not-dead state.  The venom tears I never did figure out) and I had hoped that maybe we'd get something cool from Bella's transformation with the wolf "venom" in her system.  Personally, I had hoped that it woud give her the ability for her body to change, not into a wolf, but perhaps to allow her and Edward to have children (vampire venom repairing the damage to her uterus & the wolf's ability to alter shape combining to allow them to actually create full-vampire children that would grow up and then cease aging - like Renesmee' only there would be no human half).  

You did a fantastic job with the writing (I read all the time, so I often have to skip many fanfics because I've become spoied by the level of professional authors, but yours was right up there with the pros!).  This plot was an interesting twist to the Twlight stories, and I appreciate your sharing it with us.

Ooh, I'm so sad that I've finally come to the end of this story, I've enjoyed it so much. I feel somewhat remiss that I'm only commenting on the final chapter, but I was so enthralled that all I could do was click through to the next chapter as I read.

Your writing is so wonderful. There were some lines that took my breath away: like when Edward removes Bella's white nightgown and it flies through the air like a sail in the wind, or when Emmett is discussing how we make our own heaven and hell here on earth. Just lovely. I must admit I was a bit apprehensive about how abortion and religion would be handled in this story when I first started reading it, but I felt you handled them so deftly and with such nuance. Just... I loved your story. Thank you for sharing it.

Well that was certainly different and definately worth the read. A lot of theological points to ponder. As a Christian I found the constant discussion of faith and forgiveness very moving. In short I believe that anyone who truly repents and seeks God will be forgiven and that while God does not cause bad things to happen He does allow them and eventually uses them to further His will. The evil in this world is the result of the fall of mankind but to borrow lyrics from Plumb "there's a God-shaped hole in all of us and the restless soul is searching."

Oh my! As a writer myself and a die hard twilight fan, I absolutely loved your story. A beautiful retelling of the original with all the pieces (reference to children, Jacob, etc) and so incredibly writtem. Perfect length, great plot. Absolutely breath taking and the most original I have read. Love!!

Oh my goodness!!!!   I have to say I love, love, love this story!  It is so well-written and very unique.  I love what you did with the Volturi, making everyone still.  Fantastic idea!  I also think Bella's reaction to Edward and Jacob's revelations is very realistic.  Not so accepting in this story.  I have also appreciated her inner struggle with her Christianity.  On to the next chapter.

I found this story while looking through the other stories. Read the lines that was available to see whether or not it would be something that I was interested in. Especially, falling into the categories that I wanted: Edward, Bella, NC-17, completed. Added it to my browser bar and decided that if the first chapter caught my attention that I would read the remainder. So, far I am hooked!!

Yes, you'll find several ringers on Edward's litany. Some of them are names that readers or my betas gave me to put on Edward's list of victims. Apparently, there are some grudges held against some ex-es! :D

Hmmm, either that priest is a creep or he knows what Edward is.....

Had Emmett or Jasper, or Carlisle been in the same situation with thier mates I think they would have killed as well, not fed from them, but killed. And dead is dead, empty dead or still full of blood...dead is dead.
