Author's Response: Yeah, the boys bets and the girls "counter-bet" with Esme are going to make things really interesting.  The boys bets are based on one-upping each other.  The girls bets are just to see if they can break the boys, so they all win if they do.  They have less at stake, I think.  It will make things fun.  Glad you liked it.

I went bowling with my husband, and we were next to a group of drunk guys who kept throwing money down on the ground to wager their shots.  They were hilarious.  Anyway, that was the first time I figured out that some groups of guys really like to wager over stupid stuff.  These guys do.  Oh, and Emmett is always the ring leader.  He's the worst.

The girls will have a great time, trust me.

Very sweet.  I like the difference between Esme and Carlisle's reactions to the situation.  Dang, those boys need to be creative to outwit these new rules.  Please tell me they try to bend the rules?  I figure there are some perfectly awkward moments to come of that.  I think my favorite moment was Bella's attempt to circumvent the rules by suggesting her room, but then Carlisle chimes in to nix those ideas.  I thought that was a perfect ploy.  Then again, I also loved how the boys explained that the girls were training them.  Emmett being whipped is too funny!  Thanks for the update! :)
