Greatly enjoying the social awkwardness, but I just thought I'd point out the fact that there is no character in Pride and Prejudice named Edward, that's Sense and Sensibility.
Author's Response: Thanks for catching that. It had been a while since I had read the books, and I couldn't find my copies. We moved three years ago, and I still have boxes of books that I haven't unpacked. It's bound to be in one of those. I couldn't remember which one had Edward. Thanks.

JSYK, The dress that you described for Bella would be better fitted to the Medeival era. Romeo and Juliet was set during the Rennaisance time period. The fashion was a bit different. The flaw was in the sleeves you described. The bell sleeve is more medieval. The sleeves of ladies dresses in the Rennaisance were long chiffon with those kind of bands of fabric around them, with a hint of the chiffon hinting out between the bands, which are usually of a velvet material. They look like the dresses that Gwyneth Paltrow wears in Shakespeare in Love. I just thought you should know of the anachronism.
Author's Response: Thanks. Sorry for the fashion faux pas, but I saw some pictures online, and that's where I got my idea from. I didn't even think about it being historically inaccurate. My apologies, but it's too late to change. Thanks for setting me straight.

before, Alice referred to him as Jasper Whitlock, when I'd noticed that she shouldn't have even known his last name. I let that slide, but now I see he calls himself a cullen. perhaps you should check on that. Otherwise it's a very cute story.
