While I love this independent and strong Bella, I do miss Edward. Is he coming back? If not, don't worry, I like your style so I'll most definitely continue reading.
I just saw your note before chapter 1, and I agree...the casting for the movie wasn't very good. I had always pictured Alexis Bledel as Rory to be Bella while I was reading the book. Unlike Kristen's Bella, Rory wasn't awkward and reclusive, she was just shy and booky. Rob did a decent job as Edward, but I think they should've used someone younger because there was no way he looked even remotely like a 17-year-old. Taylor just wasn't big enough for Jacob, even before his growth spurt. Anyways, you get the picture, lol.
I really did enjoy this chapter, and I do like Bella and Jacob together for the time being, it's just I hope she ends up with Edward somehow in the end. So please update soon. I will be eagerly awaiting to read more!
Author's Response: You have the EXACT same mindset I do towards the casting. And I will tell you that Edward will come back eventually, but that's all I'm going to say. :)
I already have the next chapter written so I'll try to get it up as SOON as possible. :)

Author's Response: Jacob does NOT phase at that moment, actually. And keep in mind while reading, that Jacob IS a werewolf now, but this is BEFORE Bella knows. I'm excited to write how she finds out. I'm so glad you understand the intro/summary now :) I'm happy that I'm making sense!! And the real thanks should go to oceanwaters2006. She's a quick validator. Chapter three actually happened before chapter two, but chapter four will be good. I promise!!

So did Bella and Jacob really have sex or are you psyching out your readers, hm? Seemed from this angle that it was a little fast in coming (no pun intended) (ouch) but I'll be interested in your following chapters, too.

When is this set? And what's going on with Jake? He's awfully arrogant. I'm guessing this is post-phase, but maybe not.
Can't wait to see WHO changes Bella and why she's mad about it. I do love stories where Vamp Bella gets mad and evil!
So many stories have her changed and abandoned and even though she's pissed and alone, she somehow never kills a human. And she instantly falls at Edward's feet the minute she sees him again.
Author's Response: This is set in New Moon, after Edward leaves of course, and post-phase. BUT, pre-Bella finding out about it. She's going to find out about it an AMAZING way. hehe :) You will never guess who changes Bella and why, and you will probably hate me after what happens!!
