THANK YOU for putting our favorite vampire in there (well both, but thanks for making this chapter in the POV of the one that I'm not a little bit peeved at for leaving Bella high and dry). Did Jacob phase? I bet he did. I bet it's all his fault (damn Jacob). So how does Edward feel about the verbal lashing that Alice gave him? How does he feel about her deliberately disobeying his orders and going back to Forks? Did she knock some sense into his head with her speech? Please tell me she did. Anyways, I (as usual) can't wait to read more! I'm loving this story so far!
And I'm so sorry to hear about your pet rat. May he rest in peace in his peanut butter jar in rat heaven.

So this chapter was a bit hard for me to read being that I'm totally Team Edward, but THANK YOU for not making Jacob's point of view in this story as angsty and annoying as it was in Breaking Dawn.
While I'm not Team Jacob (obviously, haha), I actually did like this chapter, but do have a few questions. How exactly does Bella feel in regards to Jacob? Is she in as deep as him? Or is he merely there as a rebound to get rid of the pains of loneliness? What will happen that will obviously push her back to Edward?
Obviously, you don't have to answer these questions in a review response, just I hope to have a clearer idea of the answers as I read more of the story.
As I have said in my past reivews, I am really enjoying this story, and am hoping for a speedy update.

I'm glad you decided to add this chapter here. It really does help the reader figure out what exactly is going through Bella's mind. Without this chapter, it's a bit confusing as to whether Bella is using Jake as a rebound and way to get rid of her V card or if she has spontaneously decided that she is in love with him. Anyways, please update soon! I'm anxiously awaiting more!

Thanks for this chapter, but I was completely following your story before this. Everyone knows that Edward was constantly pulling away from her, so its no surprise that she wanted to find comfort and acceptance in someone else. I'm all for Team Edward, but Bella has feeling and desires, and Jacob is the next best choice if Edward feels he can't fill that role.
Author's Response: that's awesome! I'm always paranoyed when I write that just because it makes sense to me, doesn't necessarily mean EVERYONE else will understand my train of thought. so, this was a just in case chapter. and I like writing it because I got to write about Edward :)
