I loved it! I really reading enjoy those missing moments and you did a fantastic job capturing this one! I really enjoyed Bella and Edward's facial conversation about the french toast. Great work!

I loved this. Renee's POV is interesting, because she is observant. I like how you present her-I don't like it when people demonize Renee. Bella does love her, & not merely out of a sense of obligation, so its nice to see Renee's perspective because she does know Bella so well.
You should write more like this!

Poor Edward. Well, one thing's for sure, at least he never had to worry about Renee never liking him. I think it's just a father's perogative to NOT like the man their daughter's marrying... or at least to not show they like him.
But then again I wouldn't know that. My brother in law has known my family since he started working with mine and my sister's father nearly 10 years ago. They had started dating after he had gotten permission from our father and did the same when he asked for her hand in marriage. So I guess you could say that my sister found her "Edward".
