As someone who has experienced 4 miscarriages in my quest for mommyhood, this was a difficult chapter to read. I'm glad you believe in happy endings, as that makes it bearable to get througth the tough parts. Keep up the excellent work. ;)

Wow, just...wow! What an AMAZING chapter. Angela is such a good friend to Bella. Sometimes I think she's a better friend to Bella than Alice was/is. Real friends, best friends, don't abandon you - especially if they know their brother is in the wrong. Adore my poor Edward. Felt so much for him when he thinks those lines "My life. Her Life. Our Life". I think its finally occuring to him just how much of a mistake it was too leave her. Seriously amazing chapter and seriously AWESOME WRITING. I am DESPERATE to read the next chapter, Please post soon.
One request for the next chapter, or the chapters after that. Could you please write a Charlie and an Esme POV when they go visit where Bella was staying (the converted hotel room that is). I would love to know what they think of that sad and depressing place and the fact that Bella was staying there. Thanks so much...

Author's Response: As for the Angela/Alice dichotomy, at this point you would be right. But, in Alice's defense, she's a kid and she still lives with her parents and is still in high school at this point so she moved with them because she felt she had to. The Cullens are a "family first" kind of clan. Alice never did want to leave Bella and let that be known on several occasions. It's not an excuse, merely an explanation.
As for your second request, you're getting exactly what you want in the next chapter:) Mind reader!

Well if you insist on hiding it better be behind those closed doors where you can help Carlisle save Bella's life.
I'm here to say it is a little early in the day for the vodka but I had 3 cups of coffee prior to reading this chapter. Most days that is nothing. Right about now I am pinging off the walls waiting for a crash cart to come and restore my heart to a somewhat natural rhythm.
Whew! Can you say intense. It seemed it took forever for the hospital staff to respond to the call. But Edward. To have Bella wheeled away behind the unknown of door number three had to scare the shit out of him. To take her where he can't follow how will she be alright without him holding her hand soothing her with words and kisses.
Chanting. Chanting. You do know, of course, I do trust you? Chanting. Chanting....

Author's Response: Since the story is told from the character's emotional perspective, I think the response time to Bella was probably immediate (Big Daddy C would have it NO other way), but, from the terrified eyes of two teenagers a five seconds would have felt like an etertnity.
Well, I'm glad you didn't have to hit the bottle in the morning - never a good sign, but wow, after three cups of coffee, I can see why you needed a crash cart after reading this!
Keep your chanting going. It will be okay.

Poor everyone in this fic. Thank you for letting us know you believe in HEA's because to me it makes chapters so much easier to read when I know there is light at the end of the tunnel.
