I'm sorry but I have no sympathy for Edward. He really should have his backside...well you know. Treating him with kid gloves and walking around him is just wrong on so many levels. And, again I'm sorry, but I fault Carlisle as he is again making some very bad decisions.
I can't wait to see how you fix this because right now - I just see this as getting worse as no one is stepping up (aside from Emmett) and saying just screw Edward and let's do the right thing.

Haha, I love Emmett! He reminds me of one of those really good guy friends that will help you with anything and be there for you. Great chapter! I like that you did the conversationg from his point of view too.

The whole scene with Alice geting Edward out of his room...and then their talk....and the tears...I was all :( reading that! Just that! Can you imagine how I'll get when the code red/orange start happening???
When Carlisle was telling the rest of the family...I loved how protective of Bella they are and how they want to help in any way possible. Especially Emmett...le sigh with him!
And yeah...I'm not ashamed to admit that I was THIS CLOSE to pulling a Tom Cruise jumping on Oprahs couch to declare my excitement that I got the email that this was updated! Not one bit ashamed!

How convenient that this was posted as I was checking my e-mail! So, I got the notification that you updated right away. As always, you've done a magnificent job. Gah, my heart! I know this isn't even a Code Red chapter, so I need to go and get me more big girl panties to handle the upcoming chapters. Poor Edward tugged at my heart strings with how much of a struggle this is for him.
But on another lighter note, *screams* Ellie love! Look at your review count! Almost at 800 and this chapter hasn't even been out for an hour yet! 1K, 1K, 1K! I have complete faith that Not Like This will be at 1K within... 3 chapters. Cloneward and I are planning to umm, celebrate as soon as the story hits that mark. Your NC-17 talk on the thread got him all riled up, so thank you for that ;)
Off to the thread where I'm sure all you Cullen-loving ladies are duking it up over your men, hahaha! Fantastic job once again, you never fail to amaze me with not only your fast updates, but your amazing writing as well. Not Like This and YOU, my dear, are pure WIN :)
