Poor, poor Leah. Good that you gave that girl some space in the story, I always felt that she got a bit ignored. I hope she finds a guy to imprint on so she can rub it in Sams face. Ha. ha. No, but seriously.

So i cant remember which chapter its in but in one chapter it talks about lemons and says nothing about Jacob putting on a condom, why do I have a feeling she is preggers? In this chapter it talks about her smelling her laundry detergent and a few other senses enhanced?? Just a though but Ill keep reading to find out!
Author's Response: Well...in chap 4, Bella gets The Talk from Renee, promises to 'be responsible' and makes a Dr. appointment (implied); then in chap 9 it is mentioned that Jacob uses a condom...I just didn't want to belabor the point, since we all (should) know how such things go! <><3

I almost started crying when Jake thought that Bella was going to break up with him. But then I got to laugh a little bit when he talked about girls and our looks. Oh god, that's totally true. I have never thought about it that way before. Poor guys, they do it wrong even when it's right.
Author's Response: Y'know, I almost cried too - and I knew how it would turn out! It's really funny (thrilling, powerful!) how the dialogue takes on a life of its own from time to time, the characters have their own opinions about things...<><3

Hey, I found this story listed on the Indie TwiFic awards and had to check it out, and I'm so happy I did. I love NM fics but I tend to stay with B/E angst, but I'm happliy giving this one a try since I'm no Jacob hater. Nice 1st chapter!

I'm planning on going back now and rate each chapter. My fav was the interlude from JPOV. *cough*
The story made sense from the beginning to the end. I had the feeling, it could have happened like this. And to be honest, I'd rather J and B ended up together. It would be more natural and healthy for her and for my Jake. LOL

If only one thing had been different - Alice never came to check on Bella - the out come would have taken another direction completely... Awwww I loved this story from beginning to end...LOL @ Edward's expense but I can't say it didn't serve him right...the whole thing that bella so willingly accepts him back in the book still gets on my nerves, she shud've made him beg or something :p anywho...I love both guys and this story ROCKS!! The blood bond theory is well thought out; a vampire imprint of sorts.
Mm, loved the kiss. Actually, I think my favourite description in this chapter was of the whistling. I'm a musician (not by profession). I'm not sure if you are but from the way you described the quality of the sound, I would imagine that you are too.

As you know, I love love love this story. I'm now re-reading on Twilighted because I was a bad girl the first time I read it and didn't review it. Thinking back, I believe I read it one sitting and reviewed at the end but I'm not sure. Is anything different between this version and ff.net?
Jake is so insightful for a kid. You really do write him well.
