My oh my…I swear the interaction between Bella and Edward (not just the kiss) you create gives me everytime goosebumps, it’s so intense…you’re an amazing writer and I was really glad when I found out that you’ve updated 2 new chapters (I hope that now you’ll manage to update more regularly and go on with this awesome story!!)
Um, yeah I think you’re the first one to apologize for a kiss..personally I’m happy that Bella finally faced Jake’s attack and their relationship and at the same time she faced her relationship with Edward.
Probably the kiss was not at the best time since they have many other issues but I felt this was like a starting point for their future..I’m glad that she opened up to Edward and that she did not forgive him so easily...maybe she could put to good use the oh-so-wonderful ABBA compilation to annoy the hell out of him!!
Anyway the friendship between Bella and Alice is so real and beautiful, I love when she sides with her against her favourite brother! And really, the kitten-like part and the discovery of the Bella’s kisses to Edward were priceless..*grin*
Keep up the good work and update soon please!!

I am in the AFT camp!!! Woo Hoo! I was hoping that they would finally kiss! I was laughing because after I left my review for your last chapter (because I waited to read the chapters together but the second chapter was not in my e-mail yesterday morning) it was there in my e-mail box not 5 minutes later. I had to wait until this morning to read it though because I was out all yesterday. So the first thing I did this morning was to read your new chapter & it did not disappoint! I love how you have really fleshed out Bella & Edward's characters. I personally think that Edward has suffered enough. Yes, he broke Bella's heart but he honestly thought he was protecting her, which essentially he was! They are both so stubborn in their beliefs that they each did the right thing. But the fact remains that they are each other's destinies & I think the events that have unfolded prove it.
I also love how Edward told her that Bella had kissed him during the car incident. I don't remember if you had written about that because I feel like I read your story initally so long ago. But he appeared so "human" in that moment, so vulnerable. That he realized that he could kiss her without biting her. And the kiss they then shared was just the icing on the cake! We are all going to be dying for your next chapter now (like we don't die for all your chapters :). And I noticed how Edward did not answer Bella when she asked if he was just going to disappear when she went to college. She dosen't understand yet that he will watch over her for LIFE!
I just don't know how the Jake situation is going to play out either because Jake will not let her go! I think I am going to go back & read your story from the begining again. It is truly so amazing, one of the best Fanfics I have read here! (sorry for the long winded review)!

I read this entire fic-before this chapter over on ff.net and couldn't review because I didn't have an account there, but I MUST tell you that every single word you wrote was pure genius. I love this story, I know that you hear that all the time! This chapter was so emotional for Bella, she is trying so hard to keep everything from crashing down on her and feels that she doesn't have anyone to really help her to deal with things. Edward is biding his time, he seems to know that they are fated to be together and is waiting for her to let him in. I can't wait to read more!

That was great. So glad I waited for both chapters to be up so I could read them at the same time. As for where I fall, I think I'm in the middle of WTF and AFT. And I don't think it's too soon because they're both emotionally distraught right now and haywire emotions make people act crazily. And I waver between thinking Edward deserves more for making Bella suffer but then I think that Bella doesn't really understand what life is really like in that brain of his. So I think how you're treating them does justice to both sides. Oh, and that was a great ending. Made me think of Milton's Paradise Lost in that it had the same flavor (if that makes sense). And I know Milton, having taken a course in college specifically about the man.
Wonderful chapters.

AMAZZZINNNNGGG two chapters! Most definitely worth the wait! It took all of my will power but I waited for the second update to read both together and i was in tears most of the way through it. I am very very very very grateful for the kiss (I was a "AFT" reader but think that you worked it really well timing wise and situation wise it was perfect) and gredily anticiparing juicy details in the next chapter.

JAustenlover rec'd this story to me. it's been on my list forever and she finally made me start reading it. she told me to let her know when i got to the part about the forest.
okay. here i am, at 2:27 am (since apparently Edward and i are both vampires), reading about the forest. correction: crying about the forest. they kept getting close to forests... and i'm thinking "hmm... that was kind of a forest, is that what JA meant? no, i'm sure it will be obvious." guh. anguish. but delightful anguish. i think i'm a really masochistic vampire. it's so, so good. i love bella, and sometimes i hate canon bella. i was fist-pumping her in my mind through her whole speech.
so i've read through 24 chapters in the last 12 hours. i haven't left a review until now and i'm going to go back, i promise. i haven't wanted to stop reading. i definitely don't hate you after this chapter. it was necessary and i'm confident that things will work out.
thank you for writing! you are amazing. this story is better than the real one.

This is, without a doubt, my favorite twilight fic. EVER. aside from the storyline being AWESOME, your writing style is impeccable and i've encountered nothing like it thus far. I don't read a LOT of Twilight fanfic, but I've read a couple handfuls of different ones--yours is not only the only one I remember clear as day, but the only one I anticipate like a tween at a Jonas Brothers concert. you have a rabid fangirl and loyal reader in me. kudos. IVO is the only fanfic (of ANY genre, mind you) that physically affects me when reading--my heart races when Bella's does, my blood practically boils with anger when thinking of Jacob....so yeah. you rock.
and as far as the chapter....OMG YAY!!

Not exactly a WTF moment lol, but yes, definately an AFT moment. Seriously, people think the kiss was too soon?? I've been waiting for 34 freakin chapters for that! And let me tell you, I'm unabashedly that Edward and Bella finally kissed. About your AN, I don't think Edward's an ass. Sure he went about things all wrong (like he does in Twilight and every fanfic), but your writing makes him so very forgivable...and sweet and sincere. But I love how Bella had all these realizations about him, and just called him on everything. Speaking of Bella, I don't think she's too self-righteous either. She's had her heart and body broken, so of course it's not as simple for her to get over everything. I love your Edward and Bella, and I adore your story. I've been following it since chapter one, and...nothing's better than IVO :) By the way, the last paragraph of Chapter 34? Amazing. Your writing is flawless!
