THANKS FOR THE NEW CHAPTER.  IT WAS SO EXCITING TO SEE  THAT YOU  HAD POSTED IT.  LOVE YOUR STORY, LOVE THIS CHAPTER, LOVE WHERE THE STORY SEEMS TO BE LEADING.  CAN'T WAIT FOR THE NEXT ONE!  THANKS AGAIN.

i really do love love this story

Well, um, YAY!  Bella can admit to herself that Edward is who she wants, even though she can't yet hear it from him.  The patience and love that Edward shows with his restraint is so touching, when he is just roiling inside for everything Bella.  Good luck with the wedding and job hunting!

fabulousss! i'm glad bella's making progress. kind of. and i LOVED the description of their kiss. i want to write an entire story around that single moment you described. yum.

WOW!!!  This chapter was so amazingly perfect, that it was worth waiting for your craptastic updating schedule!!  ;)    I don't think there has been any other kiss in fanfiction for me, that was as sweet and perfect and wonderful as the beginning of this chapter.  I absolutely loved it, and I am so glad that Bella is starting to slowly let her guard down a little and let Edward in.  The part where Edward said "My first priority was always myself- until I found you" had me in tears.  I am still loving this story and cannot wait to see what happens next. 

OME - I love when she jumps him at the end, but he's so taken off guard that he has to have a moment and then he's right there with her.

Loving the idea of him being "jubliant" - your Edward has to be in the Top 5 Angstiest Edwards ever, so the idea of him as "jubliant' is mind-boggling:-)

I find it interesting that he is saying that SHE will decide her fate.  I suppose after what he's already put them both through, he may not be as resistent to changing her as Bookward was.  Super duper. 

Is it too much to ask for Edward to be the one to massage that Vitamin E into her scars?  Pretty pretty please:-)

It's weird to see you writing about your wedding being over... because I swear I remember an A/N when you got engaged.  Doesn't seem possible that that much time has passed!!??!?!

 

 

I love the pacing of the chapter. It brings you in and lets you feel what both Edward and Bella are feeling ... especially Bella. I like how she's still a bit confused about it all. I hope she finds the strength to deal with her back ... and that she finally takes a look at the scars then moves on.

Random question ... did Edward have anything to do with Bella getting into Dartmouth or was it on her own merit?

 

OMG I am so glad that you have updated.  Yes, I have hung in there ... and as always I have not been disappointed.  I love this story, it's well written and I can't wait to get more ... keep going!!! :-)

Wow. I would really enjoy it if you continued all this kissing. That was brilliant. Obviously. What's not to enjoy? Ha. I have a thing for vamp kisses. That sounds really odd but I mean it in reference to how they are written: there has to be a boundary -- can't be megacrazy -- but then nobody wants to read about a boring, lame kiss either. So it still has to be passionate. You did it perfectly here.

But what I also loved about this chapter is that it's on par with where these two are. It's not 20 leaps forward from the shit storm (for lack of a better description) they were living in not so long ago. But it's still an obvious progression from said anger, despair, etc.

It was still a little precarious even until that swing experience.

And then it was laid out by Bella in such an apt manner (thanks to you of course)...

In that moment, on a swing laden with unfulfilled promise, Edward was my here and now.  I clutched him tighter, realizing that the vampire who drove me crazy was also the key to keeping me sane.

Sometimes it's just about letting go, about giving in. It's not about losing yourself in the process... but it's about accepting without rationalizing. (Hope that makes sense)

I swallowed my irrational, hysterical smile and stared out the window.  “So, you’re, like, bedazzled?”  I imagined the hideous denim jacket Renee bought at a craft mall a few years back, with its blue sequins and fabric paint creating a monstrosity of a shimmering dolphin across its back.  Something that unnatural and gaudy did not fit along with the images I had of Edward’s hauntingly beautiful alabaster skin. 

I'm still laughing at this line! Bedazzled. Love it.
