Hey Oxy, I never got a chance to review this because I came down with the worst case of stomach flu in my life. Seriously, I'm thinking of contacting the CDC. I wanted to tell you that through my feverish bouts of time, the one thing that brought me comfort was thinking of this story, then imagining all that was to come.
This chapter was all kinds of amazing. I just looked over some posts on the messageboards and I have to tell you that I agree with everyone else that though this is definitely a sad chapter and heavy on the angst, it's perfect the way that it is. And there are definitely plenty of positive things to be taken from it, such as Bella and Edward finally speaking to one another and Edward admitting his feelings for her. Even the end finished up on a semi-positive note; at least she's not screaming that she hates him as she walks off!
Anyway, thanks so much for another wonderful chapter. I'm insatiable when it comes to this story and I'm literally counting the seconds until the next chapter. I'm such a greedy bitch. Thinking of all that could happen literally has me squealing... :)

Well. That was just ...... i am speechless, i have no words to describe the exchange between B&E. 'It was fantastic' seems so inadequate to describe the intensity of the emotions you incorporated into that scene. I've always believed this story was worthy of publication based as its own merits and this past chapter just reaffirmed that for me. I remain your devoted Oxyminion.

This chapter was utterly amazing. I adore a relentless Edward. It's about time he caved. He has a lot more grovelling ahead of him, IMO. I love that Bella is standing her ground. After all that he's put her through, she is entitled to feel and act defensively. You definitely don't need to apologize for it.

Okay finnally I have caught up with this. A co-worker told me about this story a few days ago and I must say I LOOOVE it. This chapter I think has evoked the biggest response from me. I read it twice. And I have to ask Why doesn't he ever say. I lied I do want you.... I kept waiting and hoping he would say those words. I love this story but man it is one of the most emotionally frustrating ones I have ever read. Can't wait for the next chapter. (Jacob is an ass I feel he knew exactly what he was doing to her when he attacked)

I normally don't review unless I have something to say so bare with me...
two words...
Utterly Amazing! wow! I have been glued to this unable to take myself away! Your writing is engulfing...I love how you are writing 'ALL' the characters! They are truly there, but you have transformed them into an incredible tangent that matches the tone of your story...(most of the time you have people who have strayed soo far from what made the reader love the character in the first place!) so Kudos you have captured it masterfully!
Right from the beginning I was sucked in...I loved how slow you had the Bella & Edward interaction playing out! With little hints of falling in love instead of just "BAM" love stuck...first its speechlessly sweet and then painfull(during ch.24) to bitter & beautifull(in 31) There have been a few times where I am just inches from the screen...when they are in her room talking and in the park...waiting waiting for her to give in to attack him [with love :)lol] but she held her own[go Bella] ugh I love the anticipation...seriously can't wait for more Edward pursuit of what he gave up!
Which brings me to...Jacob..oh jake
I am not much of a Jake fan I love to really hate him...granted he is only doing what he does out of how he feels towards B here(&the book)! But here you have painted him perfectly for the ass he is & in here I love/hate him more! First he is such the girlfriend of their relationship..sure its endearing how he truly loves her but when she tells him that she wants to do other things and grow up. "don't leave or do anything with me, boohoo, i'm sorry our love will conquer all...bah horray for the break up! Then OMG! what does he do?? Stalks her shit after he attacks her
(which was incredible btw!! I couldn't believe it...finally something that makes the werewolves very dangerous..we are constantly reminded that vampires are the danger and wolves are protectors...J never losing complete control in front of Bella so I liked how you have him here! Doesn't make him such a victim!) And the entire res. keeping her momentarily hostage, to protect the secret, wtf?)
Then the part with Edward and Jacob YESS!! When he said " I gave up everything..cause you were suppose to be the safe choice.!" Loved every word of that!
Whoa this is getting long...I'm gonna wrap it up..hmm I know most of this is mainly a play by play of what 'you' already know some times I have problems getting all my thoughts in complete coherent form so yah I hope that i got the point across that I love love love this and can't enough! Update soon!

Maybe, she deserves Jacoub. Not that she needs or has to be with Edward, but her pathetic misplaces devotion to Jake is ridiculous. UGGG!!! I just want her to stop lying to herself about Jake. Ok... I did feel sorry for Jake. It must be nice to want something so simple. But he is so young. So, Edward had to be listening to the exchange. Is he still watching her sleep? She has to stop settling. She is not being fair to Jacoub. She will hate and resent "safe". I keep hoping she will be her own woman... see herself... think about what she wants.
She and Jake are going to end ugly... aren't they...
