I love this Rose & Emmett. Emmett is so perfect wanting to do it the right way...sigh. I really enjoy that you let us get into the heads of your characters. Rose is such a badass on the outside but as witnessed in this chapter she has a whole otherside to her and Emmett has seen past her to the real Rose.
Now this means we get ExB next chapter... :D

I enjoyed a different POV than Edward or Bella to begin. We've heard about her "BFF4LYFE" Alice so many times over, that it's hard to keep track, but this way we get to see Bella from an unbiased point of view, rather than Bella being too hard on herself or seeming slightly arrogant or both. It's a nice change of pace.
And I'm wondering if Jasper actually IS a ski instructer, or if she'll throw that requirement out the window once she sees him....

Okay, now I understand! Yeah, I thought Edward had been an asshole, now I get that Bella was putting up a major attitude because he pissed her off in the lobby and her past got in the way. That makes sense. She's going to have a tough time overcoming the past though, she seems determined to keep the walls up. I can't wait to see how she and Edward are going to get over the drink incident, especially if she is too embarrassed to apologize. Yikes!

I love when you have Jasper say "Oh I think I can handle that". It makes me think of when he said almost the same thing in the movie. Too bad he didn't have more lines. That Southern drawl was sexy as hell.
I'm sure everyone else is saying the same thing, but WHAT THE HELL EDWARD?! And I agree with you; Pottymouth, non-whorish Edward is pretty much the best. And I'll even admit, Jerkward can be amusing. Can't wait to see Bella whip him into submission though.
I love this story! You ladies are lovely and wonderful. Can't wait to read more!
