Edward seems to have a crush on Bella, although I'm not sure if Bella returns that sentiment. This has a "Legends of the Fall" meets "The Atonement" sort of feel and I dig that.
Author's Response: Nice! I think the reason you think any feelings seem one sided is cos the first chapter is only from Edward's point of view. I'm not saying there's much there at this point but Bella's POV should even it out a bit. Hope you like the other chapters I've posted and thanks for reviewing.
