this is an awesome story, so many twists and turns. very suspensful. i just hope that edward doesn't die, that would ruin the whole story.

Holy Shit...which guard did the kill....I don't want any of them dead especially Jacob and Sam!!! I hope someone gets to the house soon and I hope Laurent dies a slow and painful death.....PLEASE update soon.

One moment everything in the lives of Bella and Edward couldn't be more perfect. But in the time they go to bed disaster strikes them both. Laurent has found them. Murdered their outside guards and hauled both of them from their bed while sleeping. Tying them up in chairs. Appears Bella put up quite a fight. Has to being the daughter of a chief of police. Also she is fighting for her life, Edward's, and their unborn child. Edward is really tied up tight. Not only arms & hands, but his legs & ankles to the chair. Also ducked tapped his chest. Which sounded like the extra breathes has stretched those bonds a little. Laurent thinks he has two more hours to torment Bella in front of Edward before the others will discover the guards don't check in. He assumed then the delay of time, he'd be able to break and kill Bella in front of Edward and then finish with Edward before help could arrive. Surprised for someone so smart that he didn't think Bella would lie to him. Hoping they can survive for the 45 minutes it will take for help to arrive. Looking forward to the remaining chapters. It's been a huge up and down roller coaster ride with the story. Leaving us at a cliffhanger so unfair.

Wow, extremely intense. I can't wait for the next chapter. Good job, of surprising us. The month of safety, and even going out gave us the sense of false security. I look forward to Laurent biting the dust.
