So you have Jasper sort of messing with his past to protect himself, How circular and that is so cool.  I have always liked time travel stories, ans really like how you are proceeding with this one.

I also really like how Mason is doing in his story.

So what is happening with Carlile?  Hope that he is next up.

Did you ever get the picture I found of a young "Jasper"?  I thought it yould make a great one to use for Allison.  In it his hair is slick back and he looks very unisex.  He must be a lot younger but is is great.  His jaw has not become so masculine yet in it.

Yes, I really liked how this chapter went too. It didn't seem believable that Jasper could be in Houston as long as he needs to be without running into any vampires. Jasper seems the type who would scare them all off.

Nothing more interesting happens with Carlisle until after Jasper's story. I wrote a few more Carlisle chapters and then some more chapters from other points of view to tie up all of the loose ends with this story, but they don't it into this story. I was thinking what I should do is use them as the beginning of a third story in this series that would cover the next few hundred years and end it in hybrid shape-shifter drama. I might still write it, but right now I've lost interest in it. There just aren't enough people reading this story anymore and it's taking so long to upload it.

Quite a good discription of life with the Cullens.  It is very accepting of Jasper's ancestors to take in all he tells them.  I guess because they are so remote and have so little contact with others there is little chance to upset the timeline with their knowelege.  I love how jasper's story is progressing, actually how all the stories are progressing.  Thanks - Xanath

Yeah, I was a little concerned with how much Jasper was revealing to his relatives, but then they are on that ranch out on the frountier and the twins have already been coming to visit them for years; there's no telling what kind of stuff the twins have already told them.

I wonder how a Native
American could change into a camel?  They were gone from the north american continent before the firs people arrived. 

I know that once I accidently hit my sister with a baseball bat and thought I killed her when I knocked her out.  That sure cured me of fighting with my brothers and sister.

I haven't been limiting the hybrids to animals that were present in North America- Link is an Archeopterix, which had been extinct for millions of years.

Your poor sister! I think that sounds worse than when my brother broke my arm and convinced my parents it wasn't broken.

For updating fanfiction site!!!!  I think that Link is the hybread I sent you, and did you use the name Alex because of me;).  If so thanks so much.  I really like how the chapters are going and look forward to reading more about how the kids grow up and see if they pair off for mates the same as they have for friends.  Will you ever have Eliza and Mason get along?

I don't remember who sent which hybrid names, but yeah, they were all sent to me by one reader or another.

And yes, in the last chapter or two of Masen's story, Eliza and Masen tolerate each other. They're never gonna be super close and they do like bickering with each other, but it won't be this bad forever.

So far no one has come out against updating of fanfiction and as long as I don't hear an uproar against it, I'll post the next chapter to fanfiction next week :)

When does Jasper go home to Alice? You're very creative but all of this time travel mixed with what's happening in the future is very confusing.

We have not heard about any of the shape shifter halflings yet???  I think that you are doing a great job of letting us know what it wourl be like to be a vampire kid.  So much talant in such a small group.  How are the other vampire kids from other covens doing?  Maybe Carlisle can get some letters from them telling how things are going and asking questions about what to do on various subjects since theirs are the first born kids.

None of the other covens has gotten passed the parasitism stage (basically, until Jasper, Rosalie, and Emmett upchuck their eggs, none of the older eggs will hatch), but when they do, I'll try to think of some things to include...that would have to fall under the next story in this saga though, so I have awhile.

As for the halflings- I really like that name. Can I barrow it? There was some halfling drama already in Carlisle's story and there will be some more halfling drama coming up at the end of Masen's story. That's where Edward and gang will be after the kids leave school, but before Jasper's story begins. I'm sure the halflings have really grand adventures going on over in La Push all the time, but I really don't get many idea for them, so they just don't ever get a big role. If I do write a third story, the drama would contain some more squabbles with the different shape-shifter tribes over the hybrids...

Yes and there's a reason for that: Esme only has boys and Emmett only has girls. Plus Carl, the child who looked the most like Esme, is dead. And the child who will look just like Emmett hasn't been born yet, although all of the girls are meant to look more like him, but it's hard making one person look a bit like another in photoshop.
