I agree about imprinting on children. It was freaking creepy as all hell. Damn pedaphiles.

I think the only thing that is going to kill me with Jacobs new love is that reading that accent. Oh my brain already hurts!!!

Thank you for giving Jacob a future. And strength in numbers. Things are about to get interesting aren't they. Especially with Yacoob professing that not all vampires are bad, and then there are three coming to kill him. Nice.

Liz- I loved this chapter!  I NEVER saw it coming.  Great job with the surprise.  Hopefully, now that Jake has imprinted, Edward will know that he is gone for good and won't have to kill him.

I have just a guess...but my beta and I are betting on what will happen in ch. 39. I say that Jacob will be warned  by Bella, or Edward, and he'll be safe..for now. Or, the volturi will chase jacob and kill Edward! Sob! :( Really random and hopefully wrong guess. My friend thinks that Jacob will die (she is total team Edward, she can't even stand hearing jacob's name) and Edward and Bella will live happily ever after. Well, at least Edward! :)

And THAT is my "guess" for the upcoming story. I really hope I'm close, because my beta reader will brag for the next month if she wins! ;)

I just want to reach in to the computer and smack Bella around a few times!  I just hope Jacob's passport and Demetri's cryptic clue add up to something... I don't have any ideas to what it could possibly be, but I hope it's good!

I know she's selfless - I just hope she's not being stupid here by playing right into their plans.  I honestly don't know what's to come (I'm so bad w/ predictions) but clearly Aro has been up to something from the get-go.  I hope we find out in the next chapter!

Hmm...I think the Volturi planned this the whole time. Sneaky Aro. He probably wanted Edward to go after Jacob because he knew Bella would react to a chance of both of them being killed, and she would go back to Volterra, to convice them to let Edward and Jacob go their ways, but Aro's probably going to make Bella stay again. And then, Edward's going to go mental and come after Bella, even though he knows there's a chance the Volturi will kill him.

So, yeah! That's what I think is going to happen. And today's my birthday! I consider this chapter a present from you to me, so thanks, Lizzy, it made my day! :)

Okay so don't take this as criticism, because I'm not impuning you're writing skills, because I've loved this story since the beginning and I still do. The writing is excellent, as always, it's the turn of events which are slightly maddening. This chapter was absolutely something Stephenie Meyer's Bella would have done, which just makes me freaking crazy! lol. I think most of us, at some point while reading the books were screaming in our heads "Bella?!?! WTF are you DOING??" Running to James, kissing Jacob, trying to slice herself open when Edward is duking it out with Victoria, NOT aborting her baby (which turned out alright, but barely)...Yes, she means well. Selfless, noble,brave. Sure, I won't dispute that. But on the other side of the coin,AT TIMES she's impulsive and careless, and dare I say it, not so bright. (*Bracing for gasps of terror and fury*). I love, love, LOVE Bella, but sometimes she does things thinking it will help but just causes more trouble in long run. And in this chapter, she does it again. I know I'm not only one that thinks that maybe, just this once, it wouldn't kill her to just sit back and let the Cullens save the day. The crappy thing about her bravery is that she tends to draw on it only when the consequences of her actions lead to Edward killing himself because he can't live without her, or just torturing himself for all of eternity because he can't live without her. And why, OH WHY, would anyone want to torture poor Edward? Hasn't he been through enough? Lol There. There's my soapbox. It takes a great writer to incur so much..enthusiasm, even if it is crazy frustration, so take it as a compliment :)

Wow......I'm curious as to what is going to happen. Demetri seems like a sweet guy.  If what happenened the first time Bella went to the Voluturi, I'm scared as to what will happen the second time.

I actually think that you capture the essence of all of the characters. So many others make Edward too self loathing and Bella too naive and just go over the edge with everyone.  I really enjoy your story every time.  Thanks.
