It was kind of sad to see Eoin grieving Victoria actually. He had nothing to do with the attack after all, and it sounds like he could have possibly been a halfway decent guy. As long as be stays away from the Volturi, after all. Paul is an idiot. No surprise there.

I love whole concept of Edward's diary - it's fresh. I would probably appreciate a bit more detail, though, perhaps some actual dialogue between the two.

Great chapter, probably my favourite! A very productive one - it's was very clever how the original vision was pushed to one side and they've got a plan. It'll be interesting to see what Bella does when she founds out they stalked her for a little while. Great job.

Both of the entries were really good. I can understand if they're a little short, because they're diary entries. Can't wait to see how this plays out.

I really had to laugh when Bella told those wolves to eat her cookies, or else! This girl takes no guff from anyone, no matter how scary they think they are! The training did go well for all concerned, except Paul, but that's his problem. Now everyone should be prepared to deal with any stray nomad, or whoever.

I had this mental image of Bella sitting on top of a wolf, cookies in one hand, muzzle in the other, shouting "you're going to eat this cookie and LIKE it!". I think that recipe sounds fabulous, may have to try it. It's good to see the wolves easing up on their attitudes.

That had to have been a most unexpected but welcome bday treat, to see Mike taken down like that. Glad that Bella stood up for herself. I'm impressed that Edward didn't break anything in the car while seeing Mike's thoughts and grabby hands and ew, thinking of licking her neck... It is a good thing he didn't grind his junk up her ass... That probably would have meant his demise.
Author's Response: THIS Bella is made of sturdy stock, that's for sure. Charlie has trained her well. Of course, she knew that if she couldn't handle it, EDWARD was right outside...and he surely would handle things...lol
