Olympic/Volturi Covens... What TEAMWORK!!!. One of the best battles of all time. Well written. I even found myself fearing for the outcome and thinking that you were about to write some people out of the book for good. FANTASTIC WRITING!!!. Luv the Edellane combo.

Completely didn't expect this whole turn of events. Once again, a fantastic sequel to your first story, which retained all of the strengths of the first. I didn't quite know how the Cullens would get out that fight with the Hive Vampires (an excellent continuation of the blood poisoning mechanism by the way) and well done for not marginalising Renesmee as I had assumed you would.
One tiny thing I will flaw is the indifference of Renee to...well, seemingly everything. Especially her sole family members Charlie and Nessie (not counting the baby), she constantly shows little affection, and I find it hard to reconcile that with the canon description of her as a happy, free and fun loving soul. It just makes for some pretty morbid reading is all :)
Onto round three!

Great story...I loved the shared talents by the hivevampires and edward's increased ability. On to the last story now.

Very different plot point to have Volturi and Cullens working together. This is the first story that has used a vampire's venom as a weapon against other vampires without biting of course.

Thank you so much for the happy ever after ending, it's just right. That is a good outcome for Nessie, so she can mature a bit, emotionally. It's really a good deal for her vampire family, to be rid of the rogues in Patagonia, and be friendlier with the Volturi. Most of all, Charlie is going to stay in law enforcment and remarry Renee, and have a son. What could be better?

When you work together, good things ensue. The Cullens and the Volturi can testify to that, along with the two King County judges. Those two events are sure evidence of how well it does work. Proud of Charlie, too.

For the moment, the two judges are screwed, but that may change. Boy, am I glad Charlie isn't going alone, that Jacob's with him. Nothing like having a real big dude, who can become a real big wolf, if need be, when hunting bad guys!

You have to sympathize with Charlie, nobody wants to hear from him since he's out of office, even if he's right. Especially since he might be right. I hope there's no danger to campers. Politics and police work should not mix that much.

That Kadin is a sneaky devil, he thinks he can get rid of the Olympic and Volturi covens and have more power for himself. He seems to be quite the politician, looking out for the main chance.

Don Fowler's plan seems to be working just fine, and aided by the new Forks police chief's attitude, might do well.

Sounds like these two yahoos have a fairly decent escape plan. Without Charlie Swan as police chief, they may just get away with it, too. Somehow, I feel like this will mean an intersecting path, between the convicts and the wolves, and maybe the vampires, too. That should be entertaining!.

Some good thoughts in this chapter, especially the one about finding more than can be handled by the Cullens. I don't blame Ness, or Charlie for being concerned. On the other hand, I see the reasons for mixing in this situation. You take care of a problem before it takes care of you.
Reviewer: k1942 (Signed) · Date: May 31, 2011 01:59 PM · On: Chapter 13: Charlie's Plans
Charles SWan and a fishing pole, a beautiful combination. I see what his family is saying, though. That's not much of a plan, and Charlie is too young to sit on his butt and do nothing, it would kill him. He needs to be of use and stay busy.

Little Miss Cullen better listen to her human grandmother. When it comes to being grown and thinking you're grown, experience is the factor that makes the difference. Nessie's reaction to Jacob's accusation sort of proves that. Just like a typical teen's.

Kind of like a hive of bees, then, with all sharing in the talents and efforts of each other. Quite a unique premise, and one which is totally logical. The other covens around the world may have their hands full soon.

It has to gall Jane to ask the Cullens for help of any kind. This Kadin, of the Rhone coven is pretty shrewd, and fairly smart, too. It does sound as if there will be a major problem if the Patagonians aren't dealt with, and soon. By the way, Nessie is a smart girl to handle Bowden the way she has.
Reviewer: k1942 (Signed) · Date: May 31, 2011 01:13 PM · On: Chapter 9: Wheelings And Dealings
This whatever Nessie has for Sean Bowden, makes me wonder if she knows about the imprinting of shape-shifters and their mates. Almost makes me a bit sorry for Jacob, if Ness is about to throw him under the bus.

It nearly warms the cockles of my heart, that the Volturi are having a crisis of leadership. About time someone gave them a little problem, instead of the other way round.

If Kachiri and Zafrina can't locate these rogue vampires, they must be the ones with the power of invisibility. That's going to make them a bit harder to find and deal with. That's what the Cullens get for destroying Aro and Caius, kind of like, tag, you're it!

Funny, the things that bring people closer. Sometimes the good stuff, and sometimes the bad. Now the Cullens coming back to the Peninsula ought to liven things a bit.
Reviewer: k1942 (Signed) · Date: May 31, 2011 12:11 PM · On: Chapter 5: Hopes And Fears
Aha! A hint of who has been decimating the Volturi. Maybe this South American coven is rampaging through the world. Meanwhile, Nessie is keeping her infatuation under wraps, unless her dad gets wind of her thoughts.
Reviewer: k1942 (Signed) · Date: May 31, 2011 11:02 AM · On: Chapter 4 Unexpected Meetings
The plot thickens, between Ness stalking the calculus teacher and Charlie getting the boot. That is really the pits. After all this time and the good job he's done, what a c.s. way to be treated. No damn way is that right. Yet, what else can Charlie do but accept it with as much grace as possible.
Reviewer: k1942 (Signed) · Date: May 31, 2011 10:50 AM · On: Chapter 3: There Is No Place Like Home
So, there is trouble on the home front. Renee and Charlie on the outs and Nessie with a crush on the new teacher. This ought to be interesting.
Reviewer: k1942 (Signed) · Date: May 31, 2011 10:32 AM · On: Chapter 2: First Day Of School
Trust Nessie to notice a teacher instead of a student, no matter how inappropriate that might seem. At least Jacob is still in the picture somewhere. I know we're still getting into this but I'm curious as to where the rest of the family is, and what they're up to.
