I'm glad that Bella's maturity is such that she is seeking to nurture these relationships as best she can. Glad that things are going so well with Charlie and that she was able to get caught feeding Jasper a meatball. That was WIN.

You know, I'm on tenterhooks waiting to find out about Jasper's family after he 'disappeared'. I thought it would be this chapter, but no....
But I liked the interaction between Bella and Charlie, and that he was so readily accepting of Jazz. It makes things that much easier.
Can't wait to read more!

I really do like how you are weaving this tale. I have to say, I've always been a fan of Jasper's Character. You make me like him even more and I do not even feel like you are getting that far OOC. It's like this is how he should be. Your presentation is a welcome change and a far healthier and more mature relationship then those that include Edward.

Isn't a bit cold for Bella to be doing that with a vampire Jasper in the mountains? Although I love the thought, and the fact that Jasper had kept the book that Bella had given him for so long without knowing why.
I just read the last six chapters straight, which is the reason for the lack of reviews. My laptop died back near the beginning of May, and when it was finally fixed, I had a mountain of uni work to try and complete, which meant that I only just now started to get back into reading fanfic. I'm surprised I didn't go into withdrawal...
I'm also simultaneously feeling sorry for, and pissed off with Edward. The latter for much the same reason as Bella is; but it's hard not to feel sorry for him, knowing that he loves Bella, yet she is not his to love, and it's only partially through a fault of his own.
Can't wait to read more!

Great chapter. Love this story & hate to think of it coming to an end soon :( So much to resolve...Edward and Alice's maTes, Eleazar thoughts, wedding details...so much maybe a sequel "squeel" :)

I appreciate that you saw the relationship with Edward for what it was. It is so good to know that she and Jasper have a healthy relationship. Can't wait for the rest of the story. Will Edward find his mate?
