Great story. I thought it was quite telling that Bella woke up from the coma the second Edward touched her. So glad they ended up together and the pack did the right thing.

omg i always felt bad for jacob i never blamed him for loving bella and for making her doubt her and edward's love even if it was just for a fragment of a second i could never hate him for his actions but this is just crazy i really hate this jacob lol

also, I have written so many fics in the past, two of which circle around my two ideas of her change in great detail, so I figured that adding another one on the end of this fic would be like overkill.. lol

When I first started reading the twilight series everyone I knew made fun of me because I constantly read through it as fast as I could, even if I skipped over minor details, because I wanted to know what happened next so badly. This is the first thing I've read since then that has made me do the same thing. Most literature is somewhat predictable but I was not expecting the twists and turns that you've put out in this story. I was genuinely shocked when the twist came out that Jacob had been the source of her condition. The way you wrote it (adding in the stress of Billy's cancer) made it entirely believable. This is my favorite fanfic. The only thing that disappoints me AT all with this story is that it will be over in the next chapter. Seriously?? I just found this story. I don't want it to end. I hope to see a sequel. Giving us lots of cute Bella/Edward happiness. Please continue writing. :)
Author's Response: wow. thank you so much for that review, that seriously made my day. I have written about 100 chapters of different fics that are not yet on here. It takes a long time to post and get validated, so I might just leave all those over on my fanfiction.net account.
But if you want more, there certainly is alot of it. I wrote a story about the wedding and the change from my own imagination that is called Devotion. I wrote another dark Jacob/Bella pregnancy fic before BD even came out called Blackout. I also wrote one wherin Bella loses her memory when she gets changed and Edward has to make her fall in love with him all over again. I've written a boatload of one-shots, too.

This was FANTASTIC! This was exactly the type of showdown I was hoping we'd get in the last two books. I loved it! And I'm not a huge Jacob fan, so I was totally fine with this characterization... But good choice to leave him alive! Edward stayed very true to form, and I loved his relationship with his family. All in all... GREAT STORY!!
