However I am maniacally interested in practical details. How did Edward achieve complete blackness one moment and some faint light another?

Oh, I'm a detail girl too, which is why I'd be happy to tell ya.

Edward used movie theatre curtains. *grin* How he got them I have no clue, but he's Edward. He can do stuff like that. ;) And he didn't change the light at all - it was completely dark the whole time. The thing is that he came gradually closer to her until he was literally right in front of her face - close enough for her to just barely be able to make him out in the darkness - and only because of his pale skin.

You know, I wondered what would happen if Edward caught Bella doing something she thought was private. Now I know :)

Great writing style. I think you have Edward's voice down almost perfectly. Kudos to that.

One thing though...Stephanie Meyer does this too and it bugs the crap out of me because her editors didn't do anything about it... When Edward calls Bella "love," it's suppose to be spelled with a capitol 'L' because it's a name he's calling her. And since names are proper nouns, they all start with a capitol letter.

Sorry, I went to college for writing and I had grammar nazis for professors.

Other than that, great work!

Wow...I was embarrassed for Bella myself when Edward caught her. But although they were both out of character, with Edward even more so, it was still a fun read.

Even though I'm more into the traditional Edward/Bella characters, I read this story only because you wrote it. And as I expected, it was a good quality story.

I'm definitely going to check out your work on the other site you mentioned in response to my last review/comment. I look forward to enjoying that also.

Well, hello again! I'm glad you took the time to read this one - and I very much agree with you on the OOC part. This little number was my entry for the Dirty Talking Edward contest, so. . .sorta hard to stay true to SM's characters when dirty talk is involved. ;) I'm glad you considered it well-written, anyway. 

SPEAKING of OOC (hehe). . . . I hope you like Place Your Bets. It's AH, OOC, and is quite a different writing style from Warmth. But I love it, and hope you do too!
