i think this story is going to be very good!

i'm so thrilled and can't wait to find out what Edward will do and how he is going to handle the whole situation. It sure must be weird for him. Even though I think that it will be difficult between Bella and Edward I hope they can find eachother again or just find the best way for EJ.

So very intriguing! You've got me hooked with the beginning of this storyline! You've got me wanting to learn more about what happened to Edward and how Carlisle and Bella will try and help him recover. So very different from other stories. Loving the concept so far, can't wait to receive more updates! Amazing work! :)

I never, ever leave reviews but this one is just begging for one. You are a fantastic writer! great emotion, details, creativeness. You really should continue this, it has great potential. I've been an army girlfriend for almost five years and soon to be an Army wife and I would love to see where you would take that part of the story.

Even while it's a beautiful story with the current ending, you should really consider a continuation.

I feel so honored that you think that this deserved a review. And thank you for the compliment. I cannot tell you how much it means to me. I try, I really do to make my stories about true emotions and feeling and I think I can do that when I feel invested in the storyline and the characters and this one just called out to me. So strongly in fact, I couldn't stop writing. I am considering and even have somewhat of a rough outline done on a possible continuation.... But I know little about the army and what it involves....I might hit you up on a couple of questions...lol.

Again, thank you so much. It's reviews like yours that keep me writing and make it feel like it is somewhat worth it.

I have never, not once, written the dreaded 'please continue'. I'm all about author autonomy. But god I want more of this. I'm mentally berating myself even as I write it. And while I want to know what happened to Edward and where he's been, even more - much, much more - I want to know about his reaction to fatherhood, and his mom going off the deepend and trying to take his child, and Carlisle's unwaivering loyalty, and I want to see them together.

Gorgeously written one shot that managed to convey so, so much.

I cannot begin to tell you how utterly thrilled I was to read your review. I love getting reviews of all kinds but I truly enjoy the ones that the reviewer takes a moment to really express themselves, as you did. I must admit that I am finding it more difficult than I thought I would letting this story die. When I write something like this one shot, usually after it is written, it is almost like a weight being lifted from my shoulders or a saving of my sanity at least. LOL. But this story refuses to leave me and I've got of several different ways it could go. However, I don't think it is something I can write in one or two more parts and be happy with the outcome. Anyway, I'm rambling....thank you so much for your wonderful review. I can honestly say it was one of the best I've ever read and literally brought tears to my eyes because I, too want those same things.

Oh I've never read a story with Esme as the villain before. I liked it, but please don't tell me you going to leave it there... at least give us an ending that doesn't have a cliffhanger. Please?

I haven't either but it appealed to me on so many levels. I felt like Esme deserved a storyline and not just a part of the wall coverings. In my mind, she is not bad, just confused, scare, and hurt. Imagine losing a child and how would you react? People deal with things in different ways....I wanted hers to me extreme!
