The wedding night was lovely, and a lot easier than Edward fered. I think they did quite well together, especially for their first time. I enjoyed this whole story from Edward's point of view.

You did a real good job on the wedding, even the confrontation with Jacob. Alice got all her traditional keynotes in and they all turned out well! Everyone was impressed with how devoted the young couple are to each other and that was the important thing.

It still amazes me that a woman like Renee birthed a girl like Bella. Sometimes I wonder if she was dropped off on the front steps! Well, only one more day, then they can just be by themselves! Then Edward can worry about something else!

Maybe now that Edward has bared his soul, Charlie can be a bit more certain of his future son-in-law. They only have two more days and the deed will be done. I'm sure Edward and Bella will both survive their families plans, I hope!

Maybe Edward thinks if he doesn't tell Bella how the last time with Jasper went, it won't scare her, or him, either! It's almost ostrich-like of him! We're getting down toward the end I can tell and Edward still has fears. Don't know if he can be rid of them either.

Bless him, Edward really will do anything to make his Bella happy, even eating human food. I have to laugh at Charlie worrying about whether they have had sex or not. What would be the big deal, they are marrying in less than a week! One more session with Jasper and maybe Edward will feel even more prepared.

I have to admire Charlie's character, he's trying as hard as he can to be fair and happy for his daughter. So Edward has to choke up some human food, he'll do it to make Bella happy.

Poor Charlie, he knows he's losing his daughter, he just doesn't know quite how much things will be different. Bella is so trusting of Edward, so sure he will be strong enough to handle all that's going to happen. Let's hope she's right!

Bella snuck right up on Edward and loved on him real well before he had to stop. Then he had a chance to let Alice know how upset Bella had been , as was he, and then she apologized for hurting her best friend.

Too bad the lovely weekend had such an unpleasant finish. Edward really hated that Alice revealed the familie's ability to smell what she had Edward had been up to . He won't put up with anyone hurting his Bella, even his favorite sister.

Edward always worries about Bella accepting things from him, but I think she realizes the significance of this beautiful old hotel. It's contemporary with his real age, after all. I would love to have been a fly on the wall while Charlie was talking to Bella while Edward wasn't there to support her. Bet that was tough to listen to.

It seems to slipped Edward's vast, vampire mind that Carlisle reminded him Bella is, or should be, his equal. After all, she is his mate and soon will be his wife. He really needs to get over those old-fashioned notions he was raised with.

A real nice day together, books, lunch, short trip to P.A. and back. Edward had some fun staking his claim to his woman, but not so much explaining what he was going to do with Jasper. I thought it was sort of sweet that it embarassed them both!
