From day one we've known that all of the Cullens hate Bella's 1953 Chevy pickup truck.  It doesn't go over 60 miles per hour, it has been hit by Tyler's van, and it previously belonged to a werewolf.  The Cullen's are willing to go to any length to make sure that Bella finally has a new vehilce.
