Excerpt from Chapter 1:

I traced the contours of Edward’s face in the photograph, stopping for a moment at the cigarette in his mouth.  His expressive amber eyes gazed out at the ocean before him, a different one than the one in front of me.  Had he seen this beach?  Had his footprints left marks upon the sand as he ran at beyond vampire speed towards the water?  Could he walk hand in hand with me amongst these crashing waves?

No, he wouldn’t be the one to ruin a commitment.  Leave it to me to be the first vampire to go against the concept of vampires mating for life.  For eternity.

Alice knew what she was doing when she sent me this particular photograph.  Edward was playing a role.  She knew—even if he didn’t—that I had worked alongside Carlisle as a nurse in 1918.  That I wasn’t strong enough to change him myself.  That I wasn’t strong enough to stay.

Il mio cantante.  Edward was my singer.

Even though the other pictures she sent were electronic and I didn’t dare print them out for fear that someone would find them, I didn’t need to see them in front of me to recall them in perfect detail.  This was the first photograph of Edward posing as a human.  As he was when I first met him.

Sixteen years after New Moon, Bella and Jacob's daughter, Allison, meets the Cullens for the first time, completely unaware of both their and her family's true nature.  What will happen when she discovers the truth about both of them?

After Jasper’s attack on Bella during her birthday party, he leaves the Cullens and sets out to find a way to get his bloodlust problem under control.  Meanwhile, the Cullens leave Forks. Bella is alone and vulnerable.  When Victoria comes for her, Jasper is the only one she can reach for help.  

For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.  Jasper and Bella find that there are consequences, even for acts of redemption.

The story begins six months after Edward left Bella in the forest, but unfortunately things have taken a darker turn than our beloved SM wrote. This is the tale of how Edward and Bella eventually find their way back to each other, although it is a difficult road traveled. There will not be any reference to the events in Eclipse or BD.

New Moon AU. Bella never made it back into the house after that fateful day in the woods. Now that she's finally escaped from that hellhole, how wills he fare. How will Alice and the rest of the Cullens fare getting the truth out of her? Will Bella ever open up? Will Edward love her again after whats been done?

When the unexpected death of her mother changes her life forever, Bella turns to the only person who can truly understand. With the choice of life or death hanging over her head, Bella learns that it's not what you want, but what you need.

This story will follows a seventeen year old named Citara.  She and her best friend Lyndah go to stay in Forks for their senior year.  Naturally, all our favorite Cullens show up with a new Cullen, Kale, in tow (more about him later).  Its all about learning to heal and move on to trust again.

When Edward abandons Bella to discover a human life for herself, the resulting damage is something that neither of them could have imagined, and neither can heal alone.

The story begins under the streets of Volterra, and follows Edward and Bella back to Forks as they begin to sift through the wreck left in the wake of his lie.
