I'm a 40-something Mom of a 11 year old son.  My Sister-in-law gave me Twilight to read and I ended up addicted.  Besides loving the story, these books came in to my life at a time when I seriously needed a distraction.  Another world to get lost in, if you will.  I've read the series four times, still finding little things along the way.  I'm Team Edward all the way and unhealthily obsessed with RPattz.  My Hubster reluctantly relinquished the new laptop so that I could immerse myself in fanfiction, fan sites and photos of the Precious.  Let's just say he's loving referred to as "He who shall not be named" in our house so I don't have to endure the eyerolls and headshakes.  I have a story of my own and one I'm writing with another author on that other site. We write as NaughtyLaureate.
