Summary:

After over a 100 years of existence, Edward is still disgusted with being a vampire and never grew out of trying to rid the world of murderers, rapists, and generally bad people.  One night while tracking a group of drunken men in Port Angeles, he catches a whiff of the most delicious human he has ever smelled.  He wants her blood more intensely than any other human he's ever come in contact with; that is, until he realizes things are just a bit too quiet. . .  How would their relationship progress if Edward had never come around from his newborn angsty ways?

Takes place at the same time and location (roughly) as Twilight.  Edward may be slightly OOC.  Bella might be too.

Edward's POV.
