I work nights as a nurse and trade far too many hours of precious sleep for indulging in the world of Twilight fanfics.

I've written a few things for myself before but never shared anything publicly.  Just started posting chapters to my first series here and at fanfiction(dot)net.

I found the Twilight series last summer and read them all as soon as I could get my hands on the next one and read them all multiple times. This series allowed me to escape during one of the toughest years of my life...still allows me that. I continue that escape now with fanfics here.

The love between all the canon couples, really, gives me hope for love and friendships like that for myself.

As far as fanfics go, I prefer AU-All-Human, with mostly canon pairs. I don't mind a little OOC if it's a good story. Always looking for a good completed story to sate my apetite while waiting for my current faves to update. Let me know if you have any suggestions for completed AU/AH canon pairs.

5/14/09 UPDATE: My first one-shot has officially become a series. Second chapter up on FF, waiting for validation here.  Third chapter to come ASAP.  Thanks for all the encouragement.  Makes for a nice escape from my dissolution drama. Ugh.
