BIO.:. I think I'll stick to the facts in this short biography. I don't want to go into detail and bore people to death. Then again, if that becomes the case, just navigate away from this page. I'm sixteen years old and a junior in high school. I'm what is considered a 'mutt' in American slang but I'm mostly Black. I live in New York City and I have lived here all my life. Reading and writing is my passion, ever since I could form coherent sentences on my own. I try to remain individual with my writing which isn't hard since I have a vivid and errant imagination. I'm quite anti-social and crowds really bother me and make me uncomfortable. I'm more of a 'small group' person. I've never been to a teen party in my life (probably never will unless Jesus comes down and tells me to) and I'm definitely staying home during prom. I can be abnormally generous and sweet from time to time but usually 23 hours of the day I'm sarcastic and condescending (and the other hour I'm asleep). Yes, I am an insomniac. I think of most of my fanfiction and fiction ideas during the night. I'm an Aries and my Chinese zodiac animal is a rooster. Erm, my favorite number is 2. You should get to know me; I'm not too horrible.
FACTS (random).:. 1. I hate Jacob Black. I really despise him. Since I'm not a person who can fall in love with two people, I don't like Bella and I find her very fickle. Still like the series; just not her decision to kiss him in Eclipse. TEAM EDWARD 2. My favorite color is cerulean. I think it's enchanting. 3. My favorite candy is Swedish Fish but I eat junk food all day everyday. I'm skinny in an "extreme" (says my mother) and tall so I'm sort of allowed any food I want. Life is unfair. 4.I listen to classical music, rock and alternative rock, metal, reggae and techno/electro-shock/electronica. 5. I have a Pomeranian dog named Biggie. 6. Favorite movies: The Quiet, Home Room, Speak, Resident Evil (All three), Hard Candy, The Tracey Fragments, The Air That I Breathe, Donnie Darko, American Beauty, Memoirs of A Geisha, The Hole, Atonement, and Juno. 7. I relate to/admire Henry Rollins and he is my favorite poet. I also love all of his quotes (as you have surmised, I'm sure). 8. I like Breaking Dawn. Yeah, I said it. Big deal. I don't understand who would complain that Edward and Bella don't say "I love you" enough. I think after a while they'd get the idea without having to state it. Grow up.

Yami- It means darkness, gloom, and despair in Japanese. My best friends gave me the name since I'm conjointly pessimistic and I write very dark stories and poems (I'm pretty cynical). Don't get me wrong, sometimes my stories have happy endings but I'm not the "look on the bright side" go-to person. Anyway, I preferred to be called Yams and the name kinda stuck.
