I'm just your average, run of the mill, everyday human being who dreams of touching the world in every way I can. Believe it or not, I never considered being a writer growing up. In fact, I abhorred the idea all together and laughed at my sixth grade Bible teacher when she mentioned that daydreamers were born to be writers. At the time, I hated to write because it was such hard work trying to get it from my head onto the paper. Little did I know, her words had implanted a seed in my mind that would start to grow as the years went by.

Reading had always been my favorite past time. Books were something I devoured on a regular basis. I was always looking for new stories to hear. As time went on the pickings became slim and I got bored so I decided it was time to find my own story to tell. My first attempt was horrible and I was ready to give up on the idea of writing altogether but that little voice in the back of my head told me to keep striving. A few years later, at the age of sixteen, I got my first brilliant idea for a full novel and began work immediately. Three years later, I'm still working on it with the hopes that someday it will be good enough to publish.

The thing with writing, however, is that you don't get a whole lot of feedback until you've actually published something. I wanted to know whether I was wasting my time or not so I stared writing fanfiction cold turkey, what you see is what you get. I was shocked at the return of comments I received so I kept going. After some careful prodding from two fans overseas, I continued one of my stories into a full novella (Visions of You). It was such a success with readers, I decided to split it in two separate novellas.

As I gained more readers, I decided I'd better give them better content so I seeked out a friend to read my work before posting. She's saved me so much trouble with misplaced comma's that I would never have noticed.

All in all, I'm here to write. My goal is to be a published author before I even graduate college (by Little, Brown & Co. if possible). With the many great fans I've gathered and guidance from God, I'd wager to say its definitely not impossible. Thanks so much to all who have stuck with me thus far! Hopefully I'll continue to bring you wow-factor stories in the future.
