Edward and Bella should have things to resolve, tension and difficulty; you handled their reunion and subsequent interaction in a realistic manner. The guilt and emotions on both sides and conversations need to come out. I enjoyed this approach. Author's Response: Thank you for the compliment. I have always felt that Bella took him back too quickly. In the real world, there would be issues and problems to work out before everything could be okay.

I enjoyed your writing. You really expressed their love from both points of view. You covered a lot of ground in a succinct fashion, but the entire story was told. I especially liked the resolution with the Bella/Jacob attempt at love, very good approach.

Title: Chapter 14: Shatter
The storyline is well-thought out and a new approach. I look forward to what happens next. I wish you had taken time to develop the storyline and character interaction more in the last few chapters, particularly since they arrived at the Cullen house.
In the first few chapters, you seem to take more time to develop the relationship and provide more insight into both Andy and Bella. I absolutely loved your writing in the earlier chapters, particularly your description of Bella's pain and how she was glad that she was able to love like that despite the sadness she felt now. I really felt that I got to know present day Bella and understand Andy (as much as was being introduced at that time).
In later chapters, I would like to have seen the storyline fleshed out more, i.e. Andy's inner conflict, Jasper and Alice's trip to Peru, maybe more background on the events in the dream, what was going on with Andy's dad at the time, etc. You are a strong writer, so I'm greedy and want more time in the development of the details of the storyline.
The only part I questioned was the scene with the Volturi. How many wolves showed up? I can't see 30 Volturi backing down when there are 7 vampires and 5-6 wolves. I was confused as to reason they backed off when they feared such a strong danger from Andy and wanted to kill him.
Summary: 
Bella went cliff diving, but it didn't turn out so well. She broke her back. A decade later, Edward reappears in her life on the same night she loses her best friend and husband to a freak accident. Now a graduate student in Women's Studies, Bella isn't thrilled to see him. But when the Cullens re-enter Bella's life, they bring change, hope, and a new joint project that will require all their expertises.

For personal reasons (a ridiculously full teaching schedule and being recently put in charge of a bi-annual local conference and ongoing project), I am no longer able to reply to reviews and questions. But that said, I wanted to give a BIG THANK YOU to EVERYBODY for the wonderful feedback and kind words that have been sent my way since the completion of this story in August 2009. I do still check my messages about once every 1-2 weeks and read *every* review. Title: Chapter 65: Chapter 65
I've been following this story for a long time and have really enjoyed it. I will be sad to see it end.
One question on an inconsistency I am not clear on, her foot was removed and grew back as part of the change. If this can occur, why could the cells/nerves of the spinal cord not be repaired by the "change" (w/o stem cells)? As I read the story, the foot was severed and left in the field. Author's Response: This was explained, but it was quite a while back. There are actually TWO things going on here. First, Edward simply isn't *sure* what would happen with the spine. He never said for certain that it wouldn't heal. But he suspected it wouldn't because of all the body parts that do no fix themselves, it's the spine and brain cells. Once those die, they're dead. No healing. So that's one issue. The OTHER issue was one of *previously healed* wounds. Edward isn't sure but thinks that a *healed* amputee might not regrow the missing limb. But losing a limb AT the point of change ... that fixes itself. :-)
Summary: Bella and Edward settle happily into married life at Dartmouth but Bella’s dreams of a mysterious child persist, drawing them into a centuries old deception with devastating consequences. A Breaking Dawn AU.

Title: Chapter 10: Chapter 10: Have You Ever Seen the Rain?
I like the idea of Bella being changed after the accident and how you have dealt with her conflicts and confusion as she learns about being a vampire. I also like the realistic approach to her having to fall in love with Edward and them starting off as friends (from her point of view). I look forward to more.
Summary: Edward finally gives in to his desire to "check up" on Bella after he left. He vowed only to watch her from a distance, but how can he resist the force of the love that brought him back in the first place? When Bella's life is in danger again, will Edward be able to save her one last time?
This is a story that's been bouncing around in my head so much it finally demanded to be written. Edward's POV.

Title: Chapter 15: 15. - Epiphany
I just finished reading all the chapters (so far) and absolutely love it. This is the turn I was expecting when I was reading New Moon. You truly capture Edward for me, particularly with all his inner conflict.
Your writing has progressed and grown through the chapters. All the heart you put in comes through in the story.
I can't wait to see what comes next! Author's Response: Thank you so much!! Edward speaks to me rather easily, but I always wonder if I'm getting it exactly right, because he's so complex.

Title: Chapter 8: Chapter 7 - Charlie's house
You really capture the emotions and images in your story for me as the reader. I loved the capture the flag game, very inventive, particularly with the use of powers rules (I hadn't thought of Jasper having such an impact in that type of situation before). I really enjoyed the last chapter and finding out what happened with Bella and the Volturi. Her actions and the battle remained true to her character and her intelligence. Of course, I love a happy ending, particularly with the Volturi not being a problem anymore and her power allowing her to "see" how much Edward truly loved her.
Summary: Set during New Moon. Bella didn't jump. But a vision from Alice sends the Cullens running back to Forks. What if Bella wasn't the only one who fell apart when she lost the love of her life? What if Edward couldn't handle being apart? What if he fell? How far could he fall? Who committed the murders at the Swan residence and what happened to Charlie? Just how bad can it get?

Patient Edward. . . I like how you wrote Edward in this chapter and how he is putting Bella first without pushing the limits with her and seeing and understanding what she needs. I really enjoy this story and how Edward returns. My favorite part is Bella's growth as a person so she can understand his point of view and how Edward lets her see all of him instead of protecting her so much from his emotions.
