Hello to you all.
I am Maria, though if you were to address me as such you would potentially go ignored. I abhor formality so please call me Ri. I am in my twenties, I have a fiancé, two children and a cat named Fleas - I should also point out I have a warped sense of humour too.
I have always had a passion for reading the written word; though it has only been in recent years that I have turned my hand to writing.
My mum was an astounding poet who; when in a sullen mood, could produce words so profound to make a grown man cry; very rarely committed anything to paper. When she passed away, and the task of sorting through her possessions become unavoidable, I found a note book buried in the cluttered recesses of a kitchen drawer with page after page of her thoughts and words, many scribbled out into obscurity but there none the less.
All those who have lost someone close to them know how quickly it seems their memory fades, their image in your mind becomes hazy and the tone of their voice becomes a distant whisper.
It wasn’t until a much later date, years later in fact, that I found her notes stowed safely with mementoes of my past did I realise that we had shared something I had known about but failed to recognise.
Self expression through writing.
It was in that instant my passion was reborn and my memory of her sharpened. Painfully, but I digress.
My Sister inherited the gene for the poetic; I however am not as lyrically minded and favour the written, descriptive words found in dusty, long forgotten books reverently.
During my earliest attempts my stories were at best… Lacking. Though I can’t bring myself to dislike them. With a more tempered mind, I can look back and appreciate how I have grown as a writer. I have written several pieces based upon the well crafted worlds created by others, my guilty pleasure of Harry Potter had me puppeteer the characters to amuse my own imagination for months on end.
And I’m digressing again - you will notice I do that an awful lot. My friends have come to call it endearing, I however accept it as babbling…
I had; to begin with; thrown myself into the world of fully fledged published authors, before stumbling across the world of Fan Fiction accidentally, and I have been in Love with it since.
I have formed lasting friendships that stretch across oceans, and it was through those friends that I discovered my reason and yours for being on this site. Twilight. The Cullen’s simply Dazzle me. Corny? Yes. But I can’t make myself care. I saw the film on a Saturday night and by the Monday evening I was reading Eclipse - thank the goddess for the wonder that befalls the ‘Day Off’.
My only complaint about the whole series is that due to the disloyalty by someone Midnight Sun will never be completed.
I have a very eclectic personality and with that comes a great many a likes and dislikes, since I like to babble, I will give you a few instances.
My favourite scent in the world is Cherry; either the waft of it up my nose of the taste on my tongue has me smiling like a fool.
I have an unhealthy ability to drink whiskey like it was water, though a glass or two of Chardonnay and I am giggling like a pubescent boy through sex-ed.
I have gold eyes which for some reason betray me with their honesty on an almost daily basis. Oh the universes ( I surpassed worlds a decade ago) of trouble that has caused me I hate to tell.
I loath ‘Fake’ people. And I detest anyone who feigns Empathy. Be who you are meant to be, the truth will out in the end. Meh…
I love tattoos and piercings; who am I to argue with another person’s choice of self expression, and subsequently have a few of my own.
I love the colours Forrest Green and the darkest of Purples.
I will willing sit and eat anything pasta based and not even the tooth fairy could pay me for my sweet tooth; though I am trying to reign in my control. My sugar twitching scares people apparently.
I will listen to just about anything, I tend to follow popular trends though (so with my new found worship of Twilight, Paramore (as is norm), Iron and Wine and Muse can be mostly found on my iPod). I am a sucker for the Classic’s too, haunting melodies draw me in and capture my imagination - I impressed myself by knowing Debussy when I watched the film, my mind had until then failed to make the connection, stupid mind.
When it comes to the silver screen and books I tend to lean for the more mythical and magical end of the spectrum. Underworld, Twilight, the Covenant, the Reaping and Blood and Chocolate are all in my top ten. Anne Rice might even make an appearance on my preferred reading list too once I have devoured the entire Stephenie Meyer Saga again. And again.
As a sideline I also take pleasure in sketching, portraits mostly. Email me and I’ll gladly show you.
There are many words people, allies and foes alike, have used to describe me, I shall share but a few of them with you; Spontaneous. Honest. Hyper. Sarcastic. Realist. I can't wait to see what more is going to happen, Alice's baby, will bella stay with Edward? Will they confess to the lies told? Will everyone still accept them? Accept her? Will the wedding become real?

Title: Chapter 15: Chapter 15 Funerals
What did i think? Well I am crying! What does that tell you?
That was beautiful. Perfect. I loved the tribes goodbye to Charlie, it was wonderfully written.
I also enjoyed the interaction between Jasper and Bella in this chapter, it was the perfect way for them to bond. And I loved how you wrote him referring to Bella as a Cullen woman. It was the perfect way, intentional or not, to show that she had been accepted as one of them, without actually being one of them, if that makes sense.

The Cullen Woman was intentional, I'm glad you picked up on that :). The whole Jasper interaction showed many things; the change in dynamics between Bella and the Cullens, she truly is one of the family now, also a great way for Bella to bond with Jasper proving that she has no fears or hesitation when it comes to him so he can finally move past the guilt he has been harboring for attacking her. Finally, Edward gave up control and allowed someone else to be the one that Bella relied on, he was content to sit back and let someone else be her hero. And that, for me, was HUGE.
I have a final this week and then school is out for a couple of weeks so I hope to have several chapters done in quick sucession.

Title: Chapter 10: Chapter 10 - Acceptance, Moving On, Jade
You were right I was waiting for that!
'You are my life now'. That is one of my favourite lines in the book, so sweet, so perfect.
I hope above hope that everything works out for Bella and Edward. The whole 'Black' thing was brilliantly written, very dark and completely understandable.
I am looking forward to some 'coloured' stuff now though. Some happy good stuff. I am anxious to see how Bella handles things when she finds out that it was Edward who changed her. I hope she forgives him.
I can't really explain but I find it odd (in a goodish way) that everyone was so forgiving of her 'out lash'. I know that they have all been through it all already with the others and I know the love that Carlisle has for Edward; (and everyone else for that matter); so his lack of omission is understandable. I think it is a good thing they reacted in the way they did. Having them dislike her and misunderstanding her rage would have probably been the factor that pushed her away from them, making her choose to go her own way.
But then it makes sense doesn't it really. If you are going to be immortal together forever, holding a grudge would exactly be conducive would it.
*sighs* I wish my family were as understanding when I flip out on occasion.
I also wonder who the visitors are going to be, though I have my suspicions. I will just have to wait and see.
I am looking forward to more of this story. Update soon.

Title: Chapter 8: Chapter 8: Unveiling
I just stumbled upon your story, and I am so glad I did!
Your portrayal of Edwards anguish was tantalizing. I was drawn so far into your words, I actually couldn't hear my phone ringing right next to me (my sister is not impressed - shes been trying to call for 20 minutes).
Your story flows perfectly with Stephanie's, yet I find it more... well, more. Don't get me wrong, I am unhealthily obsessed; admittidly; with her work, but yours gives me - the reader - what she was lacking, insight.
Often I find myself pondering the observers field of thought when reading from the first hand point of view but in this instance I failed to provide the conclusions. I am exceptionally glad you triumphed, your version of events are more superior to anything my imagination could have conjured.
I am eager for more, and I already know you shan't disappoint. Author's Response: You know, I shouldn't be admitting this... I get sucked in at a few points too... and then emerge an hour later to remember that I was only going back from frame of reference and I was supposed to write the next chapter and above all I wrote the freaking thing so it's not even new, and it embarrasses the crap out of me.
I can't help but wonder if it wouldn't be the same hearing Edward's perspective first; they're both such a mystery to each other. Discovery seems to be a key attribute of their romance.

Title: Chapter 9: Chapter 9: Falling to Fly
I was right. You wouldn’t disappoint.
It is purely unfathomable to me. Everything you have written in this update is exactly what my mind produced when filling the blanks as I read the original chapter. I enjoy the fact that your mind seems to work akin to mine. It practically leaves me salivating in anticipation of what your next chapter will hold. Just so I can compare.J
I believe wholeheartedly that if you aren’t drawn into a story on some subconscious level; unable to look away; then the author has failed. The mere fact that your own words pull you in is proof of your sheer brilliance. *smiles*
I think the story would have taken a very different turn if it was written from Edwards perspective. I find it effortless to imagine Edwards anguish; he had ultimately found the other half of his soul (yes, I am a hopeless romantic), after almost a century of solitude and waiting, he finally had his reason for being in his grasp, only to make the conscious decision to leave her, to walk away from everything he wanted, fracturing his own soul in the process, to protect her. His abandonment and the reasons behind his actions are so blaringly obvious and easy to sympathise.
Though Bella’s humanity and ‘frailties’; both physical and emotional; are plain to see, I can’t help but wonder what parts of the story would be left unexplained, unfinished if that was the case.
I mean we can all empathize with love lost, and the pain she feels during her ‘Zombie’ state. But I think without her perspective the reader would be left unsatisfied. Her inner turmoil during New Moon, the reunion in Eclipse and the overall events of Breaking Dawn would have been vastly different if shown from Edwards standpoint. Her point of view is almost pivotal in some aspects. The Pregnancy with Renesmee for instance.
I take great pleasure in imagining Edwards reactions, because as a human Bella’s are too easy. My favourite imagining dawdle is currently his reaction to when he finds out Bella ditched Alice and Jasper to go ‘save’ her Mum.
Right this has quickly become an essay so I will stop right now…
Great chapter and as I said… awaiting more. And More.
Summary: 
Bella has a chronic case of aquaphilia. Jacob attempts to dress her like an Indian. Emmett can’t keep his hands to himself, and oh, yeah, Edward loses the gentleman in him and plays the Peeping Tom. There's a guh-nome, too. Rated for dirty talk, liberated ladies, and oodles of bad behavior.
Note the NC-17 label. Just because the cover graphic is cute doesn't mean the story isn't kinky.

I just about pee'd laughing while reading this. I love it. Your humor is so akin to mine it's unreal!
I am desperate for more of this, please don't dissappoint (like you could!) and post again real soon.
I don't have a gnome but I do have a porcelin butterfly my bloke crushed on our first date. I saved it, glued it back together and it has been hanging from my ceiling ever since :) I talk to it too. I am scared for the day it answers ;)
Summary: 
A Breaking Dawn alternative story. Edward and Bella marry and go on a very romantic honeymoon. Complications interrupt and they return to Forks. Decisions must be made and the family has to move quickly. This story is an A/U from BD. There is no pregnancy and no more love triangle. It is about how Edward and Bella were meant to be together and then must stand together against all odds.
Canon Pairings. Lots of romantic lemons. AU because some story lines from Breaking Dawn were completely abandoned in place of ones that I like better! Rated NC-17 for the lemons and for possible future violence and occasional language when the characters get really stressed out and stuff!

I will be honest. I am kind of fearful that you are taking this down the baby route, not that I actually have anything against the plot line. It's just that I have a preference for stories that don't include the Baby and an over abundance of Jacob.
Your story line to date is perfect. I am looking forward to more. And I know that whatever your mind conjures I will love it implicently. Author's Response: Thanks Frosted! I am so glad you like it! I can assure you with 100% certainty that there will be no baby so don't fear. I actually do have things against the baby plot line, so you won't see it here! And Jacob will be around occasionally, but not annoyingly like he was in BD. He just annoyed me terribly. I thought it was time for him to bow out and accept defeat. Hopefully, he will.

Summary:
 What if the wolf pack hadn't interrupted Laurent before he bit Bella? This is the story of Bella being changed despite Edward leaving her to prevent it from happening.
Rated for later chapters. Just like in New Moon, Edward will make an appearance eventually!

I am so happy that Carlisle invited her to become part of his family, and I loved how thrilled Emmett was when she asked him to use his name. I had a little 'smiley' bubble in my tummy when Edward realised why she didn't want the Cullen name yet. I hope you write her acquiring it at some point in this story though.

I enjoy the complexity of your story, despite it's content. It is a difficult subject matter to approach and you do it so well.
I desperatley want Edward to lie and say that he saw it in James' mind but at the same time I already know he won't. Edward wouldn't lie to Bella is his life depended on it.
