His body heaved as the air left his lungs. I watched as my huge, broad-chested, emotionally concrete best friend fell apart. He fell to his knees and placed his hands on the floor. His body jerked as he cried. --- Oh! That reminds me of Jake in BD Pt 1 after Bella "died." He was on the ground just sobbing.
Good lookback to NM as Bella got thin & was devastated by breaking up with Jake.
BTW-- I was reading this story a while back and really into it. I got distracted from all of the FF I was reading by Facebook! I am back now and getting re-familiarized with this story. I will leap forward soon to the new chapters. Keep up the good work!

I am trying to remember: Did Edward ever get Bella a ring, other than the package deal with th wedding? Maybe he could give her one! Or he could give her an engraved silver cup for the baby. Let's see some real progress on the pregnancy! THe sooner the baby is born, the sooner they will be together all the time -- I have foreseen it!

Things will progress over the next few chapters. I've got to get through the meeting of the parents, and I want to spend just a little bit of time letting them get to know one another, but I'm so ready to get into the pregnancy stuff too! Gifts, dr's appts, and a few other things I have in my head. Can't wait for daddyward!
