whoo hoo. thank you for the update and the mending. i love all of the relationships and i love how they've all encorporated bella into their family, and how she is accepting them. i feel like "ha ha friggin lauren, hows that feel you shallow good for nothing such and such" :)
Summary: I was not a big fan of the transformation of Bella, so here's another cute and short alternative to the one Stephanie Meyer gave us. It's involves the newly married couple and the Cullens in Alaska, and Bella prepping, going through, and shortly after the transformation.

i was all like, whoo hoo an update (which i am happy for btw) but poor bella. i think it was awesome the way rosalie let her "cope" if you will and i think being able to touch a wolf really did help her, even a little...and poor sue. to feel it eating away at her. is she even more sensitive that charlie to it i wonder because of her heritage? and then poor seth he's going to have to face that, too. i really hope what ever sue decides to do doesn't put the humans in danger. what do you mean by "big things?"

well, i certainly didn't see that coming. but i for seth's sake i'm glad emmett didn't kill her, per se. i wonder how/when they actually will change bella. and is the east coast going to be a safe place for them? and will they make it without anymore mishaps?

Edward lowered his eyes to his lap, obviously uncomfortable with my question. But there was nothing odd about it. It shouldn't cause tension, or reveal hidden secrets, or cause the amount of angst currently contorting his features.
I had simply asked him why he lived in the woods.
He grabbed a grape off the table, popped it in his mouth, and raised his head while he slowly chewed - scanning the trees ringing my office, as if he was searching for an answer to give me. I could see a faint blush to his cheek, and a hint of unshed tears in his crystalline green eyes. I could almost hear his heartbeat pick up speed as he finally turned to me. Closing his eyes for a moment he took a deep breath, willing himself to calm. Then his eyes snapped to my face and with renewed determination took another deep breath.
"Bella, I live there because I'm a vampire."

Summary:
We all believe that Edward and Bella are meant to be together...but what if there’s more to that than meets the eye?
What if there are forces at work that they don’t understand? How will they cope with events that have no discernable meaning?
This story starts out two weeks before Bella and Edward’s wedding. But, right away, things go wrong. They struggle with mishap after mishap, all the while wondering if they’re destined to be at the center of conflict and angst.
All the major characters of Twilight appear. Canon couples. Lemons in various chapters. This is a more realistic view of Edward and Bella’s relationship before the wedding. He certainly wouldn’t carry her off to a desert island alone, having never even touched her. They would have experimented a bit.
Eventually all characters get their Happily Ever After. I just drag them through hell before we get there. No characters die before their time.
And I’ve adhered to canon up until the story starts—Post Eclipse. After that, it diverges from SM’s version. So...no Renesmee. No pregnancy.
I’ve poured my heart and soul into this story. It took me over a year to complete. I thought about it constantly. For that hard work and diligence to form, grammar and style, I’d like just one tiny thing from you, the reader.
I’d like a review. If you love it, if you hate it, if you’re just indifferent and will never look at it again, I’d like to hear that. It’s not a lot to ask. So...I’ll say thanks in advance for the wonderful reviews you’ll leave after you read each chapter!

ya, so no i didn't see that coming. of course bella would be allergic to vamire venom. lol. wow. i'm glad she wasnt allergic to alice's--i can't imagine what would have happened if jasper had been the one to have to do that. not out of the woods yet? as if i wasnt already curious to see how the change affects her now i'm curious about the actual transformation itself, so bring it on. =-) oh, on a side note, i've never heard the ending to "there once was a man from nantuckett," either...(hint, hint) Author's Response: hope I didn't gross you out with that limrick! haha
Thanks so much for reading and reviewing. Yeah, only Bella would be allergic to vampire venom, right? my daugher has an anaphylaxis allergy to peanuts, so I know alot about that particular allergy!
