Summary: 
Edward is a single father and CEO of Cullen Corporation. He's emotionally closed off and doesn't want a romantic relationship. A couple of chance meetings with Bella, a part time entertainment journalist and one of Cullen Corporation's new employees, and that could all change. Everyone has a past, but can love be enough to build a future? Bella is willing to try, but Edward's self imposed rules on no dating make it difficult.

It is a shame that Bella is having to go through this now in having to deal with her mother dying as a way to seeing her for the first time in over 18 years. It is a good thing that Edward is going to go with her along with Alice because both her and Charlie are going to need people there for them.
