It was weird with the pairing up of Rosalie/Emmett & Alice/Jasper. I figured I needed a speechless Alice. I think it turned out alright. And I wanted Rosalie to be "rescued". :)

OMG! why didn't Edward elaborate what he said.......grrrr! all this non communication between them....*huff* The conversation between Carlisle and Bella was awesome, had me near tears, he's so sweet! When he gets a hold of Alice.....oh boy......
Author's Response: This is probably the first real conversation Bella and Edward have EVER had. She has watched him and adored him and dreamt of him, but never sat down and chatted about anything significant. Especially with the big elephant in the room - Carlie - and what she represents.
I love Daddy Cullen too. :)

He didn't even say "bye" to Carlie???? And what's with the Tanya chick, girlfriend, exgirlfriend or wanna be girlfriend. Edward took the news EXTREMELY well. yes, you said he's kinda in shock, but still (i mean i'm glad he didn't go off on her). Yeah, my son was the same way when i told him his father left, he was like "ok, can i have a cookie"....kids are amazing
Author's Response: He is a busy man! Like Alice said earlier though - there are these wonderful inventions called phones!!! Edward always internalises problems and considers them his fault. The only other person he ever blames is Alice, but we won't get to see how that particular conversation goes down. This is Bella's story.
You are right. Kids are pretty resiliant. The questions and thoughts come later though. My son told me that he wished I had left and his daddy had stayed. It ripped me to bits.

Author's Response: Bella is convinced that Edward will hate her, but she's going to have this baby anyway! After Breaking Dawn, I don't think there was any other decision she would make. We won't see Edward for a little while yet, I'm afraid.

Author's Response: Carlie is fine. Things are going to shift focus now, of course. We need to set up the Edward/Bella relationship. Thanks for being patient. I have to say, I am now getting seriously worried about the next chapter. It seemed fine to me when I wrote it, but now I am second guessing myself, wondering if people are going to be disappointed! Its quite a responsibility having reviewers who are waiting for the next update!
I couldn't help the comment about leaving. Was a little funny though!
