Thirty something girl that has become obsessed with Twilight, Edward, Rob, etc. I would like to think that I wouldn't leave my family if He sent for me, but I can't be certain. I love the series because I don't have to deal with reality. If I read enough fanfic I can usually dream of Edward. What a great super power to have, dreaming of Robward at will! ; - )

I hope no evil jealous ass Lauren Mallorys are hanging around FHS. I think it can be realistic that she is ready for Edward. Not ever person process everything the same. So write your story, do you. The girlfriend bomb was dropped quickly, but I wonder if he knows more about his mom than he lets on. Author's Response: There's a little Lauren drama, but it's not the focus of the story. :)

The Cullens are wonderful people. If Esme's mom's best friend how has she not meet the Cullens before now? Anyway is Edward already smitten? Poor Bella. I hope Emmett tore Jamesroid a new one. Author's Response: The Cullens ARE wonderful people. I think everyone should be lucky enough to have people like the Cullens in their lives.
They had met Bella and Emmett when they were VERY young, and aside from photos, none of them really have very many super strong memories of each other. Sadly Renee and Esme hadn't been able to visit as much over the years as they had hoped to.
I think at this point in the story, Edward is intrigued and genuinely concerned about Bella's welfare more than anything.

I get the Leah is upset because even impritned and all Jacob still chose Bella, and she's probably resently that Sam didn't do that for her. This kinda goes against the not being able to deny your imprint thing though doesn't it. Maybe they should just sleep together and get rid of the tension, and go resolve to be friends and move on? Author's Response: Imprinting is something shrouded in a lot of mythology for the Quileute people, and a lot of what is generally believed is not strictly true, as is often the case. It was supposed to be rare... it wasn't. I'd bet good money you sure as heck weren't supposed to be able to imprint on half-vampires... turns out you can. The rule is that you cannot resist your imprint... but every rule has an exception.
Nice job in figuring Leah out; that is one of the reasons she's upset. Poor girl, lol. Now she can't even tell herself it was literally impossible for Sam to still want her.
