I am relieved that they finally talked and started to work out their issues. I am confused by Alice and Emmett and their actions. I eager to find out their reasons.
I liked that they decided to shut out the world and just be together. I think that is exactly what they needed.

Well, at least she knows he doesn't have a girlfriend and she asked why he didn't contact her. It is a start and they have a long way to go.
I hope that they talk about the past and what has happened.

I can understand why Edward and Bella are so upset with Emmett and Alice. So many hurt feelings and epic misunderstandings. If they had been honest, this situation might have been prevented.

So, surprisingly, I loved it! Bella's brilliant, vivid description of Edward had me panting! I enjoyed how they looked, watched, longed and waited ... and then finally, Bella bought him coffee.
I completely adored his full name -- Edward The Pretty Fuckhot Latteman Bookworm Cullen -- it was very fitting!
AND, oh course, fuckhot sex on the washing machine. I will never look at that appliance the same way again! Thanks for that visual! ;)
Also, the ending was lovely. Another great job bb!!! :)

Bella did get into the descriptions, didn't she? But I had to make sure you could all tell how closely she was observing him, almost like she knew him before she really did. And yes, the bond is sealed over coffee. It is a Kimpy story, after all.
I was a little worried I was piling on too many nicknames, TBH, but that was kind of the point. She needed to get past those and simply find out who this man is.
You're going to laugh, but I didn't plan for the main smexing to be on the washing machine. It was intended to be in the shower, but then Bella absent-mindedly took off her clothes, and the rest is history.

Title: Chapter 1: Burn
This was beautiful, absolutely beautiful!
Personally, I enjoyed the lack of dialogue. This could have been drowning in conversations and we could have gotten lost. Now, I was able to focus on their thoughts and feelings - which was more important anyway. It added so much more depth to this.
And I adore that you write an a/n explaining your story that is almost as long as your o/s!! :)
After fifteen years of marriage, Bella and Jacob are going their separate ways – Jacob into the arms of another woman. Everything is changing, and Bella isn’t sure how to move on with her life. When she meets Edward Cullen, sparks fly, but can she take a chance? Or will her insecurities keep her from pursuing what she really wants?
I just wanted to say that Bella should lighten up about the spanking stuff. She should read some Twi FanFic. There is tons of spanking -- she'll get used to it. ;);)
I still want to take this vacation with Edward - like NOW!!

Not how I expected their first kiss and the after to go but they are truly not ready for that part of their relationship. Yeah, they talk, chat, and text. They have an incredible connection and amazing chemistry. And neither has opened up about themselves or their pasts. Bella has no idea what is going on with Edward and what happened with his marriage. The same goes for him!
I truly hope that they talk - openly and honestly - talk about themselves and their pasts - SOON! I think that they both need it.
Can't wait for more. (and maybe some groveling and ass-kissing from Edward too - just saying) ;)

I had a lot of fun writing Chapter 9 - lots of fluff, some info on other characters (Alice is of course one of my favorites!) and a fun, relaxed coffee date. I'm glad to hear you are enjoying E/B's developing relationship, because I absolutely love writing it!
Well, since you asked I'll tell ya ....the most moving moment - for me - was when Bella saw Edward working in the store and her inner voice said 'Touch him'. The night I met my hubs - my inner voice said the same thing to me and I did - and 15 years later we are still together.
Oh how I hate to admit this but I was alot like Sarah at 15 - snarky and well, bitchy. I said things to hurt others and just be a pain in the ass. I thought that Bella handled her brilliantly. She was perfect. Will is great - I just adore him.
And Edward is just beyond swoonable. I love how thoughtful and caring he is. Very convenient that he was driving by at that time ...hmmm? So sweet that he took care of Bella and comforted her. I can't wait to find out more about his past. And, oh what I would give for his POV. *sigh*

Edward may or may not have been driving by the store hoping to see the lights on so he could go visit with a pretty brunette... guess he got more than he bargained for, but lucky Bella! There will be EPOVs as outtakes at later dates, but too much of what goes on in his head is spoiler material right now :)
Glad to know that you don't completely hate Sarah - it actually hurts to write her like that because, in my head, I know she was just as sweet as Will before Bella & Jacob separated. Also good to know that she reads like a "real" teenager - mouthy, bratty and all!

I am thrilled that Edward and Bella cleared the air in regards to the kiss. I was releaved that it was just a misunderstanding/a miscommunication and not something more.
Although, they do need to talk. Edward needs to explain what has happened in his past and with his marriage. It seems to still be affecting him and if he plans on having any kind of relationship with Bella he should talk to her. However, if he is just looking for a 'hook-up' well then, no need to explain! ;);)
I am so excited for them to see each other again!

I have to confess that I read each chapter more than one time. Actually, it is embarrassing how many times I read the chapters.
I am so loving this story. I love that they are grown ups with grown up lives and problems. I love that Bella isn't perfect with the perfect body. And that they both have baggage that they are bringing into this relationship.
