I am loving the story!!!! hey Jake turned out to be a nice guy and wow, she really owes him one for taking care of the email situation... that would have been bad for both of them, but esp. Edward!!! I'm kind of wondering why Carlisle thinks this Edward is good to run his company - if he can't even pick up on basic social cues..... hmmmmm.....

Title: Chapter 14: Chapter 14: Sink Into Me: Part One
Does Dr Cullen recognize that she's suicidal? If so, wouldn't he be doing something more aggressively to intervene? I suppose he might not - we do have access to her POV and he doesn't. But, seems like she ought to be on suicide watch.
Like the story and will keep reading! Can't wait to see who's waiting for her.... hmmmm wonder who it could be ;)
Thanks for writing! Author's Response: Nobody recognizes that Bella is semi-suicidal. All Dr.Cullen saw was healed scars on her wrist when she was in the hospital. To him she just seems bitchy, and bitchy in a defensive way. He sees that which is why he keeps coming back. The time lapse between Bella's last suicide try and this one is so far apart that I don't think she'd be put on suicide watch, but I don't actually know that for sure. I'm not a doctor.

Ugh Tanya is such a manipulative witch, but I just gotta say, Edward needs to grow a pair and grow up. He never should have been with her in the first place. If I were Bella, I would have a really hard time letting him into my life, regardless of Tanya manipulations. Bottomline is that Edward sought her out time and again.
Tanya should be sent to a mental hospital though, she is so deluded.
anyway, I'm hooked (how did that happen when this story just makes me so frustrated)? :)

As she continued to blatantly stare at my stomach, I felt uneasy and placed my hand over it. Clearly, my hand passing through her line of sight snapped her back to the situation we found ourselves in, and she shook her head before glancing up at Edward.
"What are you doing in Washington?" he asked rudely.
Kate seemed upset by his venomous tone, blinking a few times in disbelief before gathering her bitchy composure. "I'm here on business. Ever since you left Daddy's company high and dry, someone has to do the travelling—"
"And I'm sure you just jumped at the opportunity to fly out west when it presented itself," I sniped, drawing her attention back to me.
Her lips twisted up into a smirk as she huffed lightly. "You know, I wondered how you'd trap him. Didn't take you very long, did it?"
"Excuse me?" I ground out through clenched teeth, my hand falling from my belly and clenching into a fist at my side as I tried to keep myself from lunging and tearing her limb from limb.
