Wow. Tanya's reaction was a definite shock. It hurt worse than the shouting that Bella had anticipated. This was an excellent chapter. I love that Bella takes solace in Edward'a arms. I am thrilled that they are going to be able to spend some time alone together. They haven't really had the chance to focus on eachother yet, or to really comprehend what this means for their future together, what they mean to one another. Edward has no idea that Bella has never had sex. Edward will be thrilled, I am certain! I am looking forward to it! Author's Response: Lol I'm glad people were surprised with Tanya's reaction. Yea the next chapter will be mainly only Bella and Edward with just a little piece from Tanya. Thanks so much for reviewing!

Tanya was very gracious with Bella. I was very proud of her. Bella needs to realize that the polite thing to do would be to stay with the Cullens. Going with Tanya will only hurt her. They would unintentionally be flaunting their relationship in her face. They need to spend some time away from Tanya. Bella will miss her sisters, but she still has family with her! Great chapter! I have been putting off reading this chapter because I knew it was the end. I have enjoyed this journey so much!! It has been a whirlwind of emotions. I loved it from start to finish!
Summary: After the Cullens leave Forks, a twist of fate lands Bella in Chicago in 1918. She thinks it's her second chance... a chance to build a life with a human Edward. But when she finds him, he's not quite what she expected... and Bella has some hurdles to overcome to create the future she's hoping for.

Title: Chapter 13: Chapter 12: Of Scars and Sexual Frustration
I absolutely adore this story. I am proud of Bella for stepping it up with Edward. Time is ticking away. Bella hasn't had any visions of Alice in a while, has she given up trying to break through to her? I can't wait to read more. This is one of my favorite stories. I still don't know what to make of Carlisle, but I think Bella is right to not trust him completely. He has his own agenda for certain. He is lonely. I love it. Great chapter! Author's Response: Bella is continuing to have her Alice visions/dreams. She just doesn't mention all of them. More on that is coming soon. Yes.. time is ticking away... Bella better get things moving! :-)

I have been harboring this chapter since yesterday until I could read it alone and at one time. This story consumes me. I get completely caught up with these characters and this storyline. It is brilliant!!! I am so eager for them to get to their wedding night!!!
I love the episode in the hospital. You add great touches to this story!

Wow. I LOVE this story. Is Carlisle developing less thant fatherly feellings for Bella? THat concerns me...
I love that Edward is jealous. He needs to step up his game! I am eager for him to suffer from another lack of restraint. I can't wait to read more. I am so eager to find out how everything is going to fall into place. Excellent chapter!!! Author's Response: Erm... yes, I believe he is. :-)

I have been avoiding this chapter in my inbox because I knew it was going to be heartbreaking. This was the moment I have been dreading since I started the story. It was gutwrenching and devastating. Bella did a beautiful job with this. "See you in Biology. Don't kill me." Gah. I truly hope he remembers that!!!! It was brilliant!

Fascinating history, actually. I am concerned about Carlisle's interest in Bella as well. He is stalking her, protecting her, as Edward did in Twilight...
