Hi, I'm a new fan of Twilight - I found this lovely series back when the DVD was released at the end of March. I fell in love with the romance, intrique and impossibility of it all. I then read all of the books and now i'm hooked!
I'm 31, married and an amateur writer - trying to work on my style of writing...Currently I have no fanfics but would love to work on one with another author...

Summary:  A story about love, about death, about keeping secrets, and dealing with the consequences. Bella and Edward meet at a hospital when she is diagnosed with a life threatening disease and he is recovering from knee surgery. She confides her fears to him; he changes his life because of her. This is a story about their journey through the confusion, awkwardness, pain, and beauty of first love.

Loved this chapter. Was sorta hoping for a conversation about falling for her but i totally understand.

Title: Chapter 10: Sweet Ginger
hmmmm my favorite line is prolly from twilight "and so the lion fell in love with the lamb...what a stupid lamb....what a sick masochic lion." it's so poetic...and so very true and more over how they have no choice but to love another.
the most overused lined in FF "Mine" i get why they do it...but still.
This story is really beautiful - but you need to have Edward confess what is really wrong with him...i'm suspecting something to do with diabetes!

Title: Chapter 18: Crash
well you know I'm always about giving constructive feedback. I find that sometimes you don't move this story forward when you basically repeat the same story content just with a different POV...and that is what this chapter was. I was so looking forward to them really talking about their feelings.
I hope you do move this story forward...I see this story as more than falling in love...but being in love....learning to trust one another again etc... Author's Response: Next chapter sweets. Sorry you didn't like the repeat but we felt it was needed here. It will move along quicker and next chapter will be up in a few days.

WOW - I LOVE LOVE LOVE this bella!!!!!! She's spunky, confident, funny, quick witted and seems to like Edward "just the way he is" a la Bridget Jones.
Can't wait for more! Author's Response: That is *exactly* what we were going for! She does like him in that Bridget Jones kinda way. There's just something about him that attracts her to him that's so much more important than a little extra weight! But you'll hear more from her soon!

Yeah i'm not a big fan of different POV's of the same story...but I do see why you had to go this route!
So i'm wondering how things got so messed up that he hates her now? but i can't wait to find out!
Can't wait to see what's next! Author's Response: It won't happen often, but there are certain scenes we felt that readers needed to see both sides. The really life changing scenes as they drastically affected both of them.
Hmmm... he certainly doesn't hate her. Hate isn't really the problem, but it's more her that ... can't deal... with him. But you'll find out what happpens!

wow poor edward. You know he really screwed up and Bella felt like she HAD to shut him out of her life, her heart and soul for her own betterment but how sad. Eight years wasted on a misunderstanding and poor communication!
Ugh, this story pwns me. Author's Response: Yes that is exactly why Bella shut him out, but you can't help but feel for both of them. BPOV is up next and it brings us up to the prologue. I hope you're ready.....

Poor Bella...she really thinks that Edward believes she is a whore...this whole Edward hates himself...I can't wait to see what is in store next for our couple. Title: Chapter 13: Cry
okay so this chapter felt stalled....but i get it...you needed to hear bella's pov...but i'd like to see some progression. Author's Response: Alas, we are trying to only repeat POV's on very important events. If we had just told it from Edward's POV, the depth of Bella's trauma would never be evident. The next several are from one POV or another. I appreciate your opinion, but we really felt that it was needed in this case.
