I really enjoyed the whole story. From begining to end there are too many great things to quote, but know that it was a delightful read.

Title: Chapter 24: Chapter 24: Edward's Epilogue Part 2
I just wanted you to know how much I enjoyed your lovely story. I was concerned in the beginning, but my concerns quickly fell away to be replaced with absolute delight. I thought the ideas presented were very original yet at the same time very in character. A very tough thing to accomplish in the world of fan fiction. You rarely find a truly original idea that really stays true to cannon characteristics of the original characters. Thanks for the wonderful read.

So good! I am glad I stumbled upon this little gem! Better late than never. Loved it.
Summary: Have you ever considered what Breaking Dawn would have looked like if there had been a battle instead of a peaceful confrontation? What if the Cullens had come to the field prepared? But let's back up and consider what would have triggered such a preparation. Surely when Eleazar proclaimed Bella a shield, Alice would have seen this... and if she had, wouldn't it have triggered another vision or two? Maybe resulting in two very different outcomes...? The Cullens have a lot of talent at their disposal, but there isn't a finer, more intelligent military leader than their own Jasper Whitlock. Proven in battle before, and possessing a reputation for being the absolute best, please join me in this thrilling, yet very plausible multi-chapter "what if" ride.

This was an amazingly original take on Cannon leading to AU. So very interesting and exciting. I like the idea of all the hidden missions and the way Jasper really worked his magic. Yes, we are in full agreement regarding a missed opportunity in using Jasper. Title: Chapter 8: Carlisle
It took me a moment of drying my eyes to be able to tell you how fabulous this ending is! I knew I would be sad to no longer see an update, but I had no idea what you had in store for this last peek into Jasper's relationship with each member of the family.
Most of the time I am super laid back and on an even keel. I can honestly say though I am an emotional crier. I cry when I get angry or overwhelmed. Grief hits me hard. But sometimes it is happiness that sets my tears off. I always get invested in what I read whether it is a novel, short story, or even fan fiction. I always remind myself it is fiction.
This story really hit home for me in so many ways. It brought a lot of feelings for things that have happened in my life to the surface. I firmly believe in giving credit where credit is due. It takes a lot of guts to put yourself out there and have someone read your writing, trust me I know. I am glad to see you did. I hope you continue to write and share your stories with the world. I had to go to a funeral today and to come back and read such sweet, obviously heartfelt words from a complete stranger made today just a little bit better.
I don't cry often either. Oddly, it happens most often during movies or reading books, something that doesn't directly affect me. Maybe it's the escapsim. Which is, of course, why I write fan fiction.
I plan to keep writing. I'm glad to hear that you want me to. Keep an eye out!

Bella watched as the screen cut to a shot of her father, standing behind a podium stuffed with microphones. She was shocked to see how haggard he looked, how tired and run down, how...old. Like most children, her father had often seemed ageless to her, even when he started getting grey hairs and laugh lines around his eyes. Sure, part of her knew that he would die one day, because everyone died. But that was in the distant future, and in the mean time he was her father and he loved her, and he would always be there for her in his quiet, steady way.
But now, watching the usually stoic Charlie Swan attempt to keep it together for the cameras, Bella was surprised to realize that her father was not some invincible force from her childhood. He was a human man, and he was falling apart.

I like this fierce Bella! I hope she sticks around. I am so excited to see where you take this story. I get happy every time I see you have updated! I too like to see how a story progresses. I like the sneak peeks into the next chapter but I want the story to unfold. I get twitchy and my chest hurts with the angst, but when the resolution comes it hurts so good! My Nana always had to remind me that it was "just" a story. My problem is in my imagination it's sooo real! Author's Response: Haha! You and I both! Sighing, she turned away from the mirror and put her bag down on the bed and opened it. Instantly, she was assaulted by a fresh scent, one that she had never smelled with this nose, but would know it anywhere.
It was her own.
In the bag were clothes, her clothes. Ones she had worn as a human being. Band shirts were folded neatly next to old worn jeans and over sized hoodies. It looked like Jasper had raided her closet and dresser, packing it all neatly into this giant duffle.
Ironically, this scent did not make her throat erupt in flame. It smelled delicious, for sure, but there was no thirst there. It was simply the comfort of the familiar, something that she had never realized she would miss until it was gone.
