I am really enthralled with the idea behind this story. I like how Bella told Edward how hypocritical he was being because yeah, it was the truth. If he keeps messing up around her though she's going to figure out the mind reading thing sooner rather than later.

I agree with Edward's Victorian tendencies. If he continued to speak in that manner it makes sense he carries over his principles too. It was always like SM wanted it both ways with the vampires. To not remember what it was like being human, but to remember enough to be saddled with certain mannerisms. I dont know if I'm making sense. Thanks for the update!

How lovely! I always love reading Edward's POV of that scene among others since we got cheated in BD. I mean we get Jacob's POV and not Edward's? I liked Jacob's POV but still.

Well I'm glad that Bella's not alone.  That would be horrible.  It sounds like they don't live the type of lifestyle the Cullens do, more like James and Victoria and Laurent did?  Kind of just scavenging whatever human stuff they need?  I can't imagine Bella really enjoying that though.  And what the heck do they do when they're not hunting or moving?  Well, we know what Collin and Jennifer do, but they can't be doing that all the time either.

I have no idea what went on with Edward and Tanya, but I'm a little confused. Did Bella sleep with other vampires or not? I had thought she had, but now I'm not so sure. All I know is that I totally agree with Bella about letting go of Edward at this point. I'm glad she said goodbye to Charlie and she got to say goodbye to Jacob too. So that's good.

Well, to be honest I fully had expected her eyes to be red? I mean, it only made sense. With the state she was in, and it didn't seem like she was in the mood to go requesting deer from Vik, you know? I was one of those that thought they were having sex in the previous chapter. It's still correct to say they are lovers, right? That she just lets Vik do her since she's in this state of utter indifference?

I'm still not too happy with Edward. He's suffered for years looking for her, but he has not once but twice destroyed Bella completely. How many times does he get to screw up before she simply is unable to take any more? The first time around, he left her with the lie of not loving her and she had to live with that for so long, with no hope. Now this second time, once again she had no hope and again believes the wrong thing. Can you really forgive someone for inflicting that much pain? I don't think I could, personally. The heart breaks and can heal, but when it heals it never is exactly the same again. It's just not possible. There is a reason why you don't forget the first person who breaks your heart-you never give yourself so thoroughly, so freely, and innocently again after that.

Bella knew exactly what she was doing when she took the glasses off, didn't she? She knew what he would see. It was a way for her to break herself away so thoroughly from Edward, I think.

Honestly, I just want Bella to find the freaky jungle witch and get her memories erased so she can start over. I just can't forgive Edward, but I hate the suffering and utter emptiness of her current existence. I may not be a fan of Viktor but as far as I know he hasn't lied to her or made promises he hasn't kept. It seems like he genuinely cares for her. If he lets them go just because Bella said, that says something of his feelings for her. I don't forgive easily so seeing Edward having to watch Bella walk away, reminiscent of his walking away from Bella so long ago, was satisfying. Yeah, it hurts to see the love of your life reject you, don't it? Fucker.

Personally, I think your comment about needing to vent a LITTLE was quite an understatement. After everything that Bella has experienced, she needs more than a little venting. Personally, I would say weeks. And honestly, I would never be able to heal enough from the betrayals if it were me. Love and hate can go hand in hand and in this case if it were me it would be a never ending battle. Too exhausting for words or to live with constantly. I wanted to cry when Bella was pondering how alone she has always been. Yet another thing Edward took from her.

I'm glad too see you back, but in a weird way I am kind of sad to know that they will eventually get back together. I love HEA, but it just doesn't seem right to me in this situation. I know I'm in the cast minority and heck, am probably the only one to think that, but it's the truth. Not that I want to see Bella suffering for all eternity or anything. I think I'd actually be happy if she were to go find that freaky witch vampire and get her memory erased so she could be happy and oblivious of all that Edward had put her through, and find herself a nice mate somewhere, raising goats to drink and whatnot.

Here's where I say the usual bit about please reserve judgement until after we here everything....

First, I am so relieved that he bit the comforter.  For a second I was afraid his dick tore a hole through Bella's panties and found its way home (thus explaining the ripping noise).  I keep expecting Emmett to see the new scars on Edward's hands and pestering him about them.  Then teasing him to death.  *grin* 

Thank goodness the honeymoon's almost here!  It doesn't sound like either one of them are going to be able to hold out for much longer.  Bella in particular is getting really adventurous!  I'm impressed, go Bella!

I have a huge weakness for this type of fic so of course I'm all over this. I dunno, I just find the idea of Bell being turned pre-Twilight so fascinating. I love to see how Bella reacts, the interaction with the Cullens, how she handles being a vampire just interesting. There's so many different roads that you can go with it! Looks good so far, I'll be waiting for more. Thanks for writing!
